The World: "So Rob, how would you explain to a 5 year old what problem Ticketi is trying to solve?" Me: "Well, they say a picture is worth a thousands words, so I would just show them a picture" Come one Music Industry, Investors, Innovators, Change Makers, etc... who want's to take a punt!? Here's 3 points to mull over... - Nobody, and I mean NOBODY, even industry experts, have so far been able to explain why technically our Direct-to-Fan model can't work... well other than the fact "it's not how we do things" which is pretty lame. - Full, open collaboration. No current industry stakeholders stand to "lose out" on revenue or their place in the market as our revenue model is built around keeping the 'lost' secondary ticketing money within the market. - It's be a super fun project... and who doesn't like to have fun! #Oasis #Startup #Innovation

Are AI/ML tools making audio better? For me, yes, absolutely. IxDA Oslo had been stuck with a very bad audio recording of a very good talk by Marie Van den Bergh. The audio was so bad, we couldn't publish it. Yesterday, this post by HANCE popped up in my feed, which lead us to ACON DIGITAL. They have a tool powered by Hance's tech called Extract:Dialogue that pulls clear speech out of a crummy recording. It worked. The intermittent, variable, and very-tedious-to-fix-by-hand audio glitches disappeared, in realtime. Just install, activate, and watch it go. Wow.
