Here’s what worked: 🎬 Short, catchy title with a simple emoji 🙅♂️ Avoid emoji overload; it can hurt reach 🔗 Add a related video to guide viewers to more content 🏷️ Use 5-10 searchable tags (think broader, not niche) 🚫 Uncheck “Notify subscribers” lets the algorithm focus on fresh audiences 💬 Don’t reply to too many comments right away; YouTube may flag it as spam 📅 Consistency is key: post daily before your peak hour 📂 Add your Short to a playlist to keep the algorithm on your side 📌 You can Edit short thumbnails on your phone!
