I love the fact that the system can be operated anywhere, and it detects when there is something wrong with one of the zones. We have a lot of irrigation throughout our park sites and traffic medians without enough personnel and Smart rain fills that void. Also, the monitoring team is great with ensuring that we aren’t wasting water which we see a cost saving on that side. The new Trace using the Digitized Direction of lines option is another game-changing feature for customers who maintain gravity-based networks (sewer, stormwater, irrigation). This feature is a game changer for these customers because their existing drawing standards (draw from high elevation to low elevation) means that the traces will 'just work' once they get their data cleaned up.
