Global Head of Learning & Growth

For Siemens, learning isn’t just a checkbox – it’s a journey, and our ”Wochen des Lernens 2024“ in Germany proved that growth thrives where curiosity leads the way. Over five months, our people embraced a unique, layered approach to learning, diving deep into topics that shape tomorrow: from sustainability to AI, personal growth, and beyond. 📚🌱  The results speak for themselves:  📈 40,161 digital learning hours invested 📊 64,000+ participations engaged across live sessions, self-paced learning courses, and recordings 🌟 A stellar 4.6/5 rating in feedback from our learners! This is more than just numbers – it’s a testament to the power of continuous learning when people, purpose, and potential come together.  I'm thrilled to see how much was achieved and we are already looking forward to raising the bar again in 2025. Here’s to continuous growth and cracking new learning codes together!  What fuels your curiosity to keep learning? What fuels my curiosity too keep learning is that I get to meet people like you and Bas Puts. Imagine having a job where I get to continuously learn from top CLOs and their teams? And then they come up with projects like #CLOLIFT. Hence The Learning Forum. Maybe we should call it The Continuous Learning Forum. Meighan Hackett Poritz
