During my recent break, I decided to challenge myself by enrolling in a 6-weeks online course titled 'Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy' from MIT.   #AI has transitioned from a niche technology to a critical tool in #business, reshaping everything from branding strategies to operational processes. The real challenge lies in making AI accessible and beneficial for businesses of all sizes. Therefore, I took this course to enhance my ability to create #efficient, consistent, and #scalable solutions.   Some of you might wonder why, in my mid-50s, I would spend a vacation studying. My family certainly did! However, embodying Schneider’s #IMPACT Values—Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, and Teamwork—I felt compelled to expand my horizons and feed my curiosity.   Learning is a continuous journey, and age is just a number when it comes to expanding our knowledge. This break has been one of the most rewarding, proving that we can always grow and adapt, no matter the stage of life. Let's keep learning, not because we have to, but because we want to!
