Well that was easy! Submitted a final (for now) batch of content for a business owner on Tuesday & onboarded another one today. This client knows her ideal client but needs support with what to say & where to share those words. She was looking for guidance around a marketing content strategy - which I love to get my teeth into - pulling out offers & matching them to your ideal client, which makes your messaging much more relevant. We’ve decided on a mix of blogs, social posts & emails, hitting the whole shebang of both social media & other platforms, ensuring that your business is showing up where your audience is hanging out. This means I have space for just ONE more client who is looking for medium to long-term marketing content help in their business. If this sounds like something you could do with in your business, send me a message & let’s chat. If I don’t think I can help, I will tell you. Cup: because I sell them, too.

If you are interested in marketing your business online (who isn't at this point), you cannot escape hearing about content marketing. A business person charged with exploring effective online marketing tactics and strategies, they’ll say that’s what they want. That’s what ultimately leads to sales and profits, right? Content marketing done correctly will get you traffic and leads. No doubt about that. But the true allure of content marketing is in building an audience. Rather than the constant rat race of conventional online lead generation, an audience puts your business into an entirely different space within your industry. Rather than buying access to an audience from the media, your company becomes the media. In the process, you build an owned media asset (your content website) that gets more powerful and valuable each month and each year that you continue producing content. Soon, you’re enjoying benefits from your own media assets that make the initial goals of traffic and lead generation seem almost quaint.

Great insights shared in this article I read this morning! It highlights the importance of content visibility over link clicks. Remember, the more places your content appears, the more likely it is for people to remember it. #marketing #digitalmarketing
