Hello, a great workplace culture is still the only thing that matters. I would work all night long for a culture that provides endless love and possibilities to their team members, whether it’s in a brick house or a stick house. As a lady, or three times a lady, it’s easy to work the night shift, running with the night, in a place that feels stuck on you and all team members! They often make you feel like you are the only one that matters and there is no reason to sail on to somewhere else. As a workplace, remember, we are the world to our team members. It’s my destiny and yours to feel this love, oh love, at least I call it love, and joy each day! I know I am ready to help my team always feel this way! Context: I was truly awed by Lionel Ritchie at LPL Financial Focus conference. Thought it would be fun to zoom in just for you and integrate his songs into my passion for a great workplace culture! So let’s say you, say me reflect and celebrate the workplace cultures, whether you’re a ballerina girl, or a CEO, that gives us a reason to go to work every day with a smile on our face, knowing love will find a way, and keep us dancing on the ceiling! How many songs can you identify? Saturday fun challenge! LPL Financial, Financial Freedom Wealth Management Group, LLC #lplfocus Thanks for the opportunity Julia Carlson, Jason H Harris, MBA, CFP®
I love it! And how true it is. You've captured the songs AND the team culture. Oh what a feeling it is!
Endless Love for this post! Nice work! Took me back to the days of dance lessons when, yes, I definitely had recital performances to both Ballerina Girl and Dancing on the Ceiling!
Such a fun creative post Jennifer Webster! So thankful you are queen of our culture. ❤️👑
