It's disheartening to see individuals using deceptive tactics to attract job seekers. The initial part of my post reflects the content I found on three different profiles without any changes made. Interestingly, none of these posts provided contact information for potential candidates. To me, these posts seem like failed attempts of increasing reach and engagement with their low-quality content. P.S. If you're genuinely seeking employment, avoid wasting your energy engaging with such profiles.

When you post that you're looking for a copywriter and get 300 responses, what's your process? I'm curious. How are content managers finding the right person? And if you're a writer, have you had much success replying to these posts? Why am I asking? Because I know I'm in the top 5% of freelance writers (humble, I know). Sooooo I am seeing so many "we're hiring" posts for content writers and copywriters that list 4,598 that the writer will be expected to do and ZERO indication of what the pay will be. Honestly, I've just started to scroll on by when that information is lacking, and I'm sure I'm not the only freelance writer, who would make a great addition to your team, that is doing so. There's an interesting freelance writer job posting trend I've noticed over the past 6 to 12 months. I generally see an uptick in activity toward the end of the month. I'm not sure why this is the case, but my best guess is that publishers and editors are looking to get their ducks in a row for the coming month. Now that we're in the last full week of April, I hope this trend holds true again. I'll keep you posted on my findings.
