Diverse pathways, like apprenticeships, microcredentials, and certification prgorams, are shown to boost employability, earning power, skills, and confidence. Yet, a survey weconducted at American Student Assistance with Jobs for the Future (JFF) reveals that most know very little about them, and adults haven’t felt equipped to explore them with the young people in their lives. In the latest edition of ASA's newsletter, PivotED, I'm offering up some excellent resources on pathways, including CTE as we close out #CTEMonth and #entrepreneurship education as we ramp up our strategic alliance with Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). At NFTE, we believe in the power of entrepreneurship education to equip young people with the skills and mindset necessary for success in today's rapidly evolving workforce. We are thrilled to partner with American Student Assistance in amplifying these pathways and providing valuable resources to empower both educators and students!
