Diverse pathways, like apprenticeships, microcredentials, and certification prgorams, are shown to boost employability, earning power, skills, and confidence. The new school year has commenced and it’s time to rethink the traditional paths to career success. For too long, a four-year college degree has been seen as the only way forward.
