📢 "Our factory in Flins started its transformation three years ago: from a car manufactory facility to the first industrial ecosystem dedicated to the circular economy of mobility in Europe. Not only have we transformed the industrial tool, but we have also transformed our competencies on site. We have created the first Campus of Industrial Circular Mobility, who reskilled and upskilled 1200 people working today on 12 new activities. We have become an open ecosystem, hosting five partners, from medium industrial companies to start-ups supported by our Open Innovation Hub. And that's just the beginning! To this end, we are implementing a series of initiatives and technologies that will help us to produce our vehicles in a more sustainable way. We are stepping forward to our circular economy approach with the aim to reduce our carbon footprint. We are making strong progress towards these goals. 🌍 Sustainable development takes center stage from September 18 to October 8 across Europe. At Renault Trucks, we're proud to announce that, for the 6th consecutive year, we have been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Label. This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment and successful strategy in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Did you know, for example, that Renault Trucks is multiplying initiatives to reduce water consumption and has thus managed to halve the amount of water required to produce a vehicle, decreasing from 12 m³ in 2013 to 6.5 m³ in 2023. Another significant example is responsible purchasing: we have strengthened our practices by evaluating 93% of our first-tier suppliers based on criteria related to human rights, working conditions, the environment, and business ethics.
