All orders placed after this deadline will be dealt with and dispatched on January 2nd 2025. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 – 𝟮𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 Collections are available from our warehouse up until 11am Friday 20th December. Despite leaving my position at EAGO in 2019, a customer reached out six years later for guidance on purchasing a new shower cabin. Small details matter. I grabbed this photo in one of our shops that other day. Our GM Tony Soraparu is going to kill me for posting it but I think it's important to note. We all forget things, everyone knows that I do. However I believe it's important to constantly review where you have been to make sure you have covered all the details and keep everything in place. One strap left on the ground could be a small forgotten thing or a sign of a larger issue of rushing and not paying attention. In this case I think it was a distracted person had a momentary lapse in remembering to grab it and in this case it was quickly picked up and put away. Looking back to check the details is critical to what we do. Double check that pullsheet before the gear hits the truck, check the manifest and do a floor check before closing the truck doors and please do an idiot check when you've loaded the last case on the truck on show site. Those details matter and can save you tons of lost time and errors. If your gut says check, don't ignore it. Details matter.
