Many of the leaders that I work with are experiencing a lot of uncertainty. This is due to the natural evolution that is always occurring in the workplace. When it comes to #leadership #coaching impactful #communication is one of the main topics clients are interested working with. I find this visual very informative and easy to implement. From my coaching experience Practices 3, 4 and 6 are where leaders can improve the most. In my sessions I can observe that #leaders sometimes ignore rumours, employees not always dare to raise up some questions publicly (is it a safe environment?), there isn’t 100% clear alignment between all #team members on what is what and why we are doing it. And sometimes leaders and managers undercommunicate how each team member is contributing to a bigger #vision or #goals and why it is important. And when it comes to #storytelling, I believe to be successful at sharing a story, example, or situation that truly touch people emotionally, leaders have to be #authentic and vulnerable… and I am happy that I see more and more authentic leaders who can inspire also me when they share their stories, challenges or goals :)

Leaders: Coach your replacement! We’ve often heard that leaders should surround themselves with smart people and that they don’t need to be the smartest person in the room, and it’s true.
