White Collar Criminal Defense with an Emphasis on Tax Matters

I was honored to participate in a panel today at the @American Bar Association’s Criminal Tax Fraud and Tax Controversy Conference in Las Vegas. Today I spoke about “How not to be a witness against your client: Ethical considerations in criminal tax investigations” with fellow panelists @Patricia Pileggi, @Tino Lisella, @Jeffrey Neiman, and @Rod Rosenstein. This is such an important topic for attorneys to consider as they defend their clients in criminal tax proceedings. #tax
