Sales (and marketing) can tell you invaluable information about your product market fit, your rates, your messaging, your delivery, and lots of other things. As your product or services morph and grow over time you get incredible feedback for your sales motion on your customers actual pain points, what makes great customers, how to set great expectations, etc. It’s a magical cycle.
