👉 How to turn more “Nos” into “Yeses” without discounting (in 5 simple steps) 1. Upgrade your ICP (Ideal Client Profile): - Identify key qualifiers for your best clients - Focus on those who truly need your “magic” - Ensure relevance both ways - you to them, them to you 2. Create a Blue Ocean offer - Understand your client's hot buttons (current frustrations and desires) - Sell outcomes, not services or benefits - Offer what you know they already want 3. Implement risk reversal - Make working with you a no-brainer - Minimise the "maybes" - Use creative guarantees 4. Refine your pricing strategy - Test different pricing structures - Example - smaller upfront payments… - Can lead to larger overall revenue 5. Clarify your message - Stop talking about generic benefits - Start talking about specific outcomes For example: The same service can be positioned in very different ways: "Do you want LinkedIn training?" vs "Do you want 10 enquiries per week?"
