As we wrap up the year, we want to express our appreciation to the amazing team at Adobe for their unwavering support. With two incredible events hosted in their Sydney and Melbourne offices this month, they’ve helped ensure that Supertees will be distributed to brave kids spending Christmas in hospital. Their generosity and dedication have made a tangible difference, bringing comfort, convenience and the power of imagination to families during what can be a challenging time. We’re excited to continue building on this partnership in 2025, creating even more opportunities to support children and their families. Thank you, Adobe, for being a part of the Supertee journey! #adobe Supertee - A medical garment disguised as fun costumes for sick kids

A wise man in Adobe told me exactly 10 months back that my situation will change. Context – My first couple of years were overwhelming. Transition from a startup to a big brand took time. I didn’t have to unlearn a lot of stuff. But Learning about the product. Processes. People. Everything was a different experience for me. I got lost in a sea of crowd. There was so much guidance all around, I didn’t feel alone. What really changed it for me was when my Director (now my mentor) called me to have a conversation. He told me ‘ Mayank, its time to see why everyone loves Adobe. Give 6 months and we will have a chat’ I don’t know if it was his words or the fact that a man of his stature personally made it a point to help me. Things changed after that. I started to work harder. If a door closed, I knocked on 10 others. If work stretched, I did not mind because I was learning. If I had 5 things to do in day that were all very critical, I would not complain. Its November 2024. I am 20% better than I was in January. My network has grown; people recognize me beyond my team. You know the best part – I am happy. Sometimes, all it takes is one conversation to change the course of your career. Sharing a photo with my mentor who is probably smiling reading this and already preparing our next review chat. #leadership #adobe #growth #career

🛣 Buy the Road. This isn’t financial or strategic advice. It is a figurative saying that came from a very literal example. At Adobe Lehi, we have a stunning campus where our employees feel truly supported in how they work best. There’s a dedicated group of folks here who volunteer as Site Tour Hosts, welcoming visitors to our amazing space. When I started at Adobe last year, my main stakeholder being the Utah State Board of Education, one of their priorities was to get students into our beautiful campus and expose them to tech careers they could envision themselves in one day. After joining a tour within my first few weeks, I quickly wanted to be part of the group that supports these visits, especially those focused on education. One of my favorite tidbits I learned is about our building's unique design and is something I highlight with every group. During the building's proposal phase, the plan was for our main building to be built *over* a road. As you might guess, this idea raised some eyebrows. The biggest concern being, that someone can't build a private building over a public road. But Adobe, being Adobe, solved their problem: they bought the road. It's now called, "Adobe Way." Not everyone can solve their problems so "simply". But the phrase has become a meaningful statement for me and one that I highlight each time I get to be a guide. Buy the Road. Solve the problem. Get creative. Advocate for what you want. #MondayMantra #BuyTheRoad

working at Adobe particularly on the digital media team really solidified that you can be a creative and make a life from your creative talents. there’s this notion of “art is only a hobby” and i’m here to say that’s simply not true. whatever your medium is, there’s a clientele for it. from a researcher perspective, art and visual storytelling is just as important as science, engineering, mathematics, and technology. there is no “this” without “that”.

"The point about Connectors is that by having a foot in so many different worlds, they have the effect of bringing them all together."-Malcolm Gladwell Yesterday I joined Adobe Learning Manager to chat about the L&D move from creators to connectors 👇🏻 I think there's beauty in: 🤝 Being connected to so much in our ecosystem (people needs, business needs, technology, roles, content, among others) 🔗 Providing value by intentionally making the right connections 😶🌫️ Not being in the spotlight, but being an architect in the shadows And I hope that's where L&D is going. 💜 #learninganddevelopment
