‘Let’s quickly jump on a call.’ Could be one of the most destructive sentences ever uttered. I’m all for being quick and nimble. But these impromptu ‘catch-ups’ give cover to chaos and only enable more bad work. It’s where the brief becomes a chain of consciousness. It can’t be noted, minuted or referred back to. It lives and dies in its own window of existence. Doing more damage than good. Worse still, it engages none of the deeper cognitive thought that forces us to stop, think critically, explain, detail and justify. As I’ve said before. Don’t explain the ask to me. Explain it as if I was someone coming in completely cold. With no context or inherited knowledge, no forgiveness curve. Processes are there for a reason. Like brakes, they’re designed to make the machine go faster. So next time, don’t reach for the phone because it’s expedient or convenient. Stop. Think about what you’re asking. Write it down. Then think about it some more. And hit send. If there’s grey area, explain it on a follow-up. When it comes to a quick call, that may be the best call to make. Look, Mama, I can Fly. **Telling Your Brand's Story as a Founder. As a founder, you have a unique story to tell. But are you telling it? Do you feel vulnerable, thinking I am not expressing it well? Your brand's truth is not just about marketing products or services. It's about understanding why you exist, what problem you're solving, and how you're committed to making a difference. Take the first step: Write it down* Start documenting your journey, your thoughts, and your vision. Write essays, whitepapers, or even love letters to your idea. It doesn't matter what format you choose. Just start writing. Use pen-paper or digital tools to organize your thoughts and bring your ideas to life. Don't worry about perfection. Just be authentic (sounds cliched, yet here lies the secret ingredient). Don't try to emulate others or chase shiny objects. Your authenticity sets you apart. Embrace it and use it to build a brand voice that resonates with your audience. Start writing, and let your ideas take flight. You got this!

If you want to capture hearts and wallets, forget the hard sell. It’s time to embrace your role as the storyteller of your product. In a crowded market where products clash and competition is fierce, your ability to weave a compelling narrative is what will set you apart from the rest. Every great story has a hero, a conflict, and a resolution. Guess what? Your customers are the heroes in your story. They’re on a quest for solutions, and your product is the magical tool they need to conquer relatable challenges. Identify their pain points, and present your product as the trusted companion on their journey to success. People don’t just connect with products; they connect with people. Share your personal anecdotes, challenges, and triumphs that led to the creation of your product. Authenticity breeds trust! When customers see the genuine passion and purpose behind what you’re selling, they are far more likely to engage and buy. Great storytelling is multi-dimensional. Use stunning visuals, photos, graphics, and videos to immerse your audience in the experience your product provides. Every image should tell a part of your story, drawing them in further. Make them feel the desire and excitement even before they make a purchase! Remember, people buy based on emotions, not logic. Tap into that emotional reservoir! Whether your product brings joy, safety, or empowerment, make sure your story evokes those feelings. Paint a vivid picture of how life can change when they choose you; use testimonials to bolster that vision. In the end, storytelling in marketing is about creating a journey that captivates and converts. So, step into the role of a master storyteller—draw them in, make them feel, and watch the magic unfold. Your product isn’t just a transaction; it’s a tale worth telling!

Why no one trusts your brand (and how to fix it): "Trust" is a combination of reliability, authenticity and authority. In other words, Someone "trusts" you only when you are reliable, authentic and authoritative. How to build reliability? Show your results. Let them know that you have mastered your craft before sharing it. How to build authenticity? Authenticity isn't a part of marketing strategy. "You become less authentic the more you try to become authentic.." You build authenticity when you stay the same version of yourself while you share content and work on your business. It's all about sharing your mistakes (that you have made) and the lessons you have learned that you want to share with your audience. How to build authority? Share your social proof. People trust people the most (more often, than results screenshots).. The more you're surrounded by creators, thought leaders and experts, The more authoritative you are and the more trust you can build with your audience. It's all about providing signals that you are genuine as a person and business. The best medium to build your trust? (Reliability, Authenticity, Authority) - Your LinkedIn Personal Brand. Start today before it's too late! P.S. Want to grow 10,000s of followers and generate 1,000s of warm leads on autopilot using content and outbound systems next year? DM me BRAND, and let's chat ☕

You won’t believe this, We live in an era where people swipe past content like it’s nothing. Want to make them stop and actually care? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴. - 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗮 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿: Think of your brand as the best friend who ‘gets’ your audience. Share stories where the audience can say, “Hey, that’s me!” For example, a struggling business owner or a fitness enthusiast searching for the right plan. - 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝗨𝗽 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁: People love drama, especially when it’s not theirs. Create tension by highlighting the real challenges your audience faces. - 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗼: Your product isn’t just there, it’s saving the day. Show how your brand swoops in to solve the problem, - 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗼: Stories that trigger emotions get remembered. Whether it’s joy, relief, or even a bit of fear of missing out, make them feel something. Emotions leave a lasting impression, and people remember brands that stir their feelings. - 𝗕𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰: Forget the corporate jargon. People crave realness. Tell personal stories like the time you made a massive mistake but turned it around. People connect with vulnerability, and your brand becomes human instead of just another business.

“Stop selling grape juice in a wine bar”, I was told off by a friend. In LinkedIn people want profit or savings and you talk about purpose and values 😐 He made a point. Especially after 2 years experience with the multidimensional offering of Prebranding, I can tell: 💖 Finding deeper purpose is cool and most people want it, … but what makes their eyes shine are rather the cherries on top: game-changing SOLUTIONS for strategic goals, ultra creative marketing CAMPAIGNS for the biggest possible impact, absolutely brilliant new PRODUCTS that do less harm to the world, exciting new ways to connect with their CUSTOMERS in a genuine way etc. 💖 Deeper values in the brand dna are very lovely, … but it will only talk to those people, who care about such things. Value system of business-as-usual is crooked, but it’s where the most money is, so what to do? People automatically see thinking of values as compromising on profit and loose interest. Yet, they are getting the idea of STORYTELLING. Aha! This is when their eyes open again - as they see how deeper values they can tell better stories and make the brand meaningful & sticky. It's their Holy Grail! 💖 Personal transformation is great for sure, … but for many people this phrase doesn’t mean much. Yet, they loooove the CLARITY on their next moves in order to get where they want long-term. They cheeeerish the EASE it brings to creators mind. They melt when they finally start to make SENSE of the mere ideas they were collecting on the way to this point. I think I need to come down to Earth a little bit.

Free Advice: A Power Move for Your Personal Brand? Let’s Talk! 🌟 Ever thought giving free advice was just about being “nice”? Well, not really. It’s actually a smart strategy that lets you shape your narrative, own your expertise, and leave a lasting impression. For me, free advice is less about oversharing and more about strategic storytelling. Here’s how I see it: 1️⃣ Small Wins > Big Fixes The goal of free advice isn’t to solve every problem but to spark curiosity. It’s like offering a sneak peek of what you can do—just enough to leave people saying, “Wait, that’s interesting… I need more of this!” Think of it as planting ideas, not handing out the whole playbook. 2️⃣ Make Them Trust You Without Saying a Word Let’s be real: the internet’s packed with “experts.” So how do you stand out? Show them you’ve been there, done that. Whether it’s sharing a practical tip, a quick behind-the-scenes moment, or a case study that speaks for itself—it’s proof that you know your stuff and you’re not just another voice in the crowd. 3️⃣ Patience Pays Off If you’re expecting instant results, free advice might feel like a waste. But here’s the thing—it’s a trust-building game. The more you consistently share value, the more people remember you. And when the right opportunity comes up, guess who they’ll reach out to? In my journey, free advice has been more than just content; it’s been a bridge—connecting with people, building trust, and positioning myself in the right conversations. Your Turn! 🚀 What’s one piece of advice you’ve shared that made a difference for someone? Or better yet, what advice did you receive that stuck with you? Let’s chat in the comments! #PersonalBranding #FashionCommunication #IndustryInsights #BhoomiSpeaks

Why selling FEELINGS sell more than the PRODUCT? Yes, you read that right— selling feelings outshines selling products. Have you ever paid attention to what goes beyond the marketing of a product? How do some brands have a loyal fan following while others blend into nothingness? It's because they KNOW how to sell their product through feelings. As a copywriter, I have seen firsthand how powerful this approach can be. Take a look around. ✅ 𝐍𝐢𝐤𝐞 sells the feeling of empowerment. ✅ 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬 provides a sense of exclusive luxury and confidence. ✅ 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 targets the experience of trust and reliability. ✅ 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐥𝐚 markets the sentiments of innovation and sustainability. These brands are well aware that people buy the 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞, not the product. Here is their secret sauce: 📌 Tapping into emotions creates a 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 with your brand. 📌 People focus on the 𝑣𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒 provided, not the price of a product. 📌 Emotional resonance builds 𝑙𝑜𝑦𝑎𝑙𝑡𝑦 towards your brand. 🔑 Key takeaway: Make people 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 something that drives an action. Remember, 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 > 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭. So, what feeling does your brand inspire? Share your thoughts below! 👇

Why Tone Can Make or Break Your Message 🎯 Ever wonder why some content just clicks? It’s not just what you say, it’s how you say it. The right tone turns words into connection, trust, and engagement. Let’s shed some light on why tone matters more than you might think: Sets the Scene: First impressions count, right? The tone is like your vibe check. A friendly, welcoming tone invites readers to stick around and get comfortable. Builds Trust: Don’t we all trust a voice that feels real? A consistent, authentic tone makes your brand feel genuine and dependable. Creates a Connection: Want readers to feel understood? When you nail the tone, they’re more likely to engage, share, and remember your message. Shows Your Personality: Tone gives your brand a unique voice, one that stands out, connects, and stays memorable. Boosts Engagement: Ever find yourself nodding along with content? That’s the power of a relatable tone, it draws people in and gets them to interact. With the right tone, it’s not just about being heard; it’s about making readers feel seen and valued. Even a small shift can turn passive readers into loyal fans. 💯
