I'm thrilled to share this heartfelt testimonial from one of my clients. It's always a joy to hear how my approach impacts those I work with. Here's what they had to say: --- "Jason was like having a teammate. He was really great to work with, fun, kind, flexible, interested in you, how the business was. It wasn't just straight into the business discussion. It was really personable and he's very knowledgeable and he does not lecture you, does not judge, explains everything very well, asks really good questions so that he can get to the heart of what it is you might need and makes you think about things too. If you think one thing, he might say, well, you know, why is that? And it makes you explore other parts. So you get to the nub of it and what you want. And he's really good at doing that. You feel like you can trust him and he will deliver on the project that you're doing. And at no point did I have any concerns around Jason, his knowledge or his experience or whether he'd actually make it happen. He was very consistent the whole time and really a pleasure to work with." --- A huge thank you to all my clients for their trust and collaboration. It's your feedback that keeps me motivated to deliver the best service possible. If you're looking for someone to help you navigate your business challenges with a personal touch, let's connect! #Testimonial #ClientFeedback #Coaching #BusinessGrowth #ClientSuccess #TechSimpleMarketing

Creating the Right Energy with Clients The energy you bring into client interactions can profoundly influence the relationship and its outcomes. It's not just about being present—it's about bringing authenticity, empathy, and alignment with your core values. 🐾 It's Morse's Top Tip Tuesday!!🐾 Today Morse wants to talk about authenticity and ask what it means to you. So many times, 'business experts' and 'professionals' will talk about being authentic in business. But what are they really saying? Time after time we hear the same tropes about being authentic in business. Being present. Being self-aware. However, do you know what? None of these 'experts' ever say anything of substance. To me and Morse, being authentic means not being afraid to challenge thoughts and ideas. Speaking your mind, yet not offending anyone. Outwardly being someone who can have an impact on someone's business through working with them, but not over-promising and under-delivering. I know the positive impact I can have on a business owner in just one session. Recently, I had a session with a client who began by saying that they hadn't been overly present in their social media posting and asked me not to judge them. I wouldn't judge. It's not my money and time they're wasting. It is not for me to judge. What IS my job in this situation is to try to turn them around and get them out of the funk they are in. It is up to me, by being my authentic self, to lead that horse to water, making them so thirsty that they will drink! Trust me, by the end of the session their mindset was in a slightly better place than when the session began. I had fuelled them with so many ideas that they saw past the clouds and trees to green fields and open blue sky. (I think I just made myself a little sick in my mouth writing that, but you get what I mean). If you are good at what you do it will shine through when you are authentic. Don't blow smoke. Don't promise the earth. Your clients will thank you for it. That was deep!! Thanks Morse. Erin Andrea Craske TRACEY BAUM James West #networking #smallbusiness #lincolnshire #coaching #management

🧠 As a Business Coach, being an introvert helps me connect with clients more deeply. I’ve often felt that traditional business advice didn’t quite resonate with me. The emphasis on large events, bold pitches, and “networking as much as possible” didn’t fit. But over time, I realized that my introverted nature wasn’t a setback; it was an asset. 💡 Here’s how being an introvert works to my advantage in client relationships: 1. 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Instead of jumping in with advice, I listen, really listen. This gives my clients space to open up about their challenges and goals, leading to insights that might otherwise be missed. 2. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - For me, quality always outweighs quantity. I focus on fewer, meaningful relationships that are built to last rather than casting a wide net. This leads to more authentic, trust-based connections. 3. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Introverts are wired for reflection, which means I bring a thoughtful, customized approach to each client. My clients know they’re getting carefully considered advice, not just cookie-cutter solutions. Introversion has taught me there’s real strength in quiet confidence and intentional connection. If you’re an introvert, embrace these qualities, they could be your biggest asset. 💪✨ What would you add? Comment below and let me know. ----- 👋 I’m Dom, Founder of Universal Harmony Club. In the realm of relationships, many of us find ourselves stuck in patterns and dynamics that that lead to frustration, resentment and disconnection. We try to change the situations by confronting these issues head-on, often leading to dissatisfaction and stagnation. Buckminster Fuller wisely pointed out, "You never change things by fighting against the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete." This is precisely the philosophy behind my new 9-week coaching program, "The Path to Exceptional Relationships." Instead of battling the old paradigms that have left so many feeling unfulfilled and disconnected, we are constructing a new model for relationships. This program is designed to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support to transform your relationship into a thriving, dynamic partnership. By participating in this program, you're not just learning how to fix problems; you're embracing a whole new way of relating to strengthen the three pillars of love, trust, and growth. This is your opportunity to step out of the existing reality that no longer serves you and into a new, vibrant model of exceptional relationships. Are you ready to make the old model obsolete and embark on this transformative journey? If you’re diving into your credentials or a checklist as soon as you meet a potential client, STOP. ❌ Let me introduce you to a game-changing strategy that will not only elevate your client connections but also skyrocket your success rate. 🚀 Here’s the secret: Start your calls with one powerful question 👉 “Why are you here today?” Why does this work? Because it uncovers the rock, that one emotional trigger or event that drove them to seek out coaching in the first place. 💡 It’s not about selling yourself; it’s about deeply understanding their emotional journey. When you discover the WHY, you can tailor your approach to their exact needs. This builds trust, creates alignment, and leads to better outcomes—for both of you. 🤝 💥 Here’s how to implement this: 1️⃣ Begin every discovery or strategy session by asking about the moment or event that made them realize they needed help. 2️⃣ Listen intently. Mirror their language to validate their feelings. 3️⃣ Build your entire conversation around addressing their core trigger. This simple shift can transform your conversations. Clients want to feel heard and understood more than they care about your degrees or certifications. 🎯 ✨ Try this approach in your next call, and let me know how it goes. I promise, you’ll see the difference! 🙌 Remember, coaching is about solving problems, not selling services. When you connect with the emotional need, you’re not just a coach—you’re a solution. 💼 Tag a fellow coach who needs to hear this or save this post for your next session! 🔖 #CoachingTips #DiscoveryCalls #ClientSuccess #CoachingBusiness #CoachingLife #EntrepreneurTips #CoachingJourney #MindsetCoach #LifeCoach #BusinessCoach #CoachGrowth #CoachingAdvice #CoachingPractice #CoachTraining #CoachingWins

📢 My fellow coach & service provider friends… Here are 3 ways to prevent “ghosting” or indecision after a discovery call. Save this post for your next call! 1️⃣ Schedule a Follow-Up: If your potential client wants to “think about it,” schedule a follow-up within 48-hours or within a few days so you can discuss any lingering questions or concerns. 2️⃣ Clarify Decision Factors: Find out what criteria your potential client is using to make their decision. We can’t know if our offer is a fit for someone if we don’t really know what they’re specifically looking for! If you’re getting ghosted, it might mean you don’t have enough of an understanding about what your potential client is wanting. At the end of your call, if someone tells you they want to move forward, but they need to sleep on it— you can do simple a pulse check to see what might come up for them that could change their decision. And by addressing potential roadblocks upfront, you can help them gain more confidence in their decision-making process. 3️⃣ Make sure you clearly give them FULL permission to say no to your offer! This creates a safe space & allows for more open communication, instead of avoidance and ghosting. By implementing these strategies, you’ll not only decrease ghosting & indecision from your potential clients, but also foster a culture of transparency and clear communication n your coaching practice. In the Inner Circle, we coach a LOT on the topics of sales, discovery calls, objections, & confidence in your offer. 😊 Got questions? He talks about everything his opponent could use against him, and in doing so, he takes control of the narrative. Check out this clip from "Office Hours" with David Meltzer. Your audience is no different. They don’t need a perfect success story—they want to connect with someone who’s been where they are and is building something real. When you lean into your challenges and invite people to follow you on the journey, you create an unshakable connection. ✨ Want to learn how vulnerability can become your greatest strength? Here’s a simple piece of advice - works in all relationships - when in doubt: ASK. So much truth, colour, stories, creativity, innovation, love, success, conflict resolution and power can be unravelled and uncovered by just asking the questions that make us feel or think we will look foolish or vulnerable. We know the great old quote/joke about assumptions right? Not sure what your client really wants: ASK Not sure what gift your partner wants: ASK Not sure how to get from A to B: ASK Not sure how to do something, how someone feels, why a project is running late, why your team is in a funk, how to win - JUST ASK. And then dare to wait for the response with an open mind. #leadwell #ASK

One of my clients wanted to increase his sales. Long story short, he was neglecting the front end of his business: business development. He consistently hesitated to attend events, was slow to engage in conversation, and failed to follow up with leads. From the outside, it appeared he had an issue with accountability and wasn't focused on growing his business. He was busy with many tasks that kept him from focusing on business development. Once we discovered the underlying reason for his lack of accountability, we crafted a clear plan together. We included measurable steps, confidence-building exercises, and put the plan into motion. As he worked his plan and we coached each week, his activity level grew along with his opportunities. It's amazing what can happen for your business when you create a clear plan and develop the self-accountability to follow through. Not only does accountability help create results, but the momentum and experience gained compound your drive for success. In fact, working on this client's underlying issues with accountability saw him take bigger steps even beyond business development. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I can help you and your business as well! I offer 1:1 Zoom coaching engagements to help my clients take the right action consistently to achieve their desired results quicker. Let's get started. Sign up for a consultation by messaging me or with the link in my bio. Your change in action can start on the consultation and you'll be taking action before our first coaching call. #onethoughtaway #confidence #clarity #accountability #salescoach #lifecoach #actioncoach #momentum #goalgetter #goals #emotionalintelligence #emotionalwealth #lifecoach #businesscoach #blackburnboutiquecoaching
