You know that little voice in your head? The one that tells you you're not ready, not good enough, or that everyone else is better than you? Yeah, that voice is a liar. The truth is whether you’re leading a meeting, pitching a new idea, starting a business, launching your book, or stepping on stage—what makes you unique is your greatest strength. It’s not about fitting into a mold; it’s about breaking it. Your perspective, your style, your voice—these are the things that set you apart and make you memorable. Confidence isn’t about knowing all the answers; it’s about trusting that whatever comes, you can handle it. It’s not about being perfect; it’s about being present. Every time you step up to speak—whether it’s to an audience of one or one thousand—you have the opportunity to connect, to stand out, and to make an impact. And it all starts with embracing what makes you, YOU. So here’s your reminder, your words matter. Your presence matters. And every time you choose to show up and speak up, you’re not just playing the game—you’re redefining it with your unique touch. Start today. Start now. Practice that pitch. Share that idea. Lead that meeting. Speak with the confidence that your uniqueness is your superpower—because it is. And remember, the world doesn’t need more of the same. The world needs YOU. #Mindset #Confidence #SpeakUp #PersonalGrowth #StandOut #YouGotThis

1st impressions matter ! But only for the 1st meeting Recently I did a random check on YouTube and the ample amount of talk - content around 1st impressions was just - well alottttt But when you double-click on it how far does it take you ? Making a stunning - impressive 1st impression is indeed useful - but only for the 1st meeting isn’t it ? What really matters is what happens after ? Do you keep your word ? Do you show up with the same energy ( 1st impression energy) every time Do you communicate in a timely manner when you can’t keep your word Do you really have the work ethic you display ? I often talk about building spirit character It takes something deep within - a comfort to ruffle the inside of one’s mind to go within and ask what’s my character ? How can I change / shift/ stop behaviors within me to become a better person ? When we work from the inside out - am impression is not a goal - it’s just part of the package of one’s true authenticity and character ! My invitation to you today is - if you are an entrepreneur or a leader - ask yourself and your team - can I really get the job done if everyone else didn’t show up - if the answer is NO and you are still pitching that service - then re-evaluate what you are saying You don’t have to do it on your own, but knowing there are possible gaps, cracks and in that awareness leading your company or project - ask yourself - can I go through all 10 steps before I quit and find faults in the process or people - ask yourself - can I close open loops -have those tough conversations without the volatility of emotions ? #buildspiritcharater #workethic

Want your pitch to stand out? Start with one thing. CONFIDENCE. Why? Because confidence makes your message: - Relatable - Memorable - Inspires action Here’s how to make confidence your edge: Step 1: Forget perfection. You might think, “I need flawless slides and numbers to impress.” Reality? People are moved by your calm assurance in what you’re presenting. Step 2: Lead with authenticity. Instead of wondering, “Am I good enough?” know that people are drawn to belief and authenticity. When you’re real, your message connects. Step 3: Let confidence do the talking. Facts and figures set the stage, but it’s confidence that creates an impression that lasts. That’s what the CXC Elite system builds—confidence, clarity, and vision that turns a pitch into a commitment. Are you ready to create a pitch that inspires? "The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence". I was on Instagram and saw a memory from a few years ago when I shared this quote on my story. You! With the years of experience, skills and insight is shy of being seen meanwhile the newbies are hopping on LinkedIn and X, calling themselves thought-leaders. The best-known will always get more than the best. Of course, it is not mutually exclusive. But I want you to take this to heart and repeat it to yourself any time that voice in your head is trying to keep you quiet. ________ Hi 👋🏽 I'm Mayowa, I help purpose-driven founders build their brand, sign more clients and manage their business without feeling salesy or overwhelmed. I have a peculiar focus on coaching and consulting businesses, as I often say "I help people who help people, so they can help more people". Something important I want to share with you this morning to start the week… It’s something important I’ve learned—a lesson that’s reshaped my role as a human AND as an entrepreneur. So you know how our thoughts are non-stop? In fact I read somewhere that the average person has around 60,000 thoughts per day? 🤯 And these thoughts shape EVERYTHING. They impact how we approach life to how we communicate… But here’s the problem, most of you don’t observe your thoughts enough… You can tend to let them just ‘spiral’ out, influencing your actions more than you realize. Unchecked thoughts can lead to poor reactions in tons of situations… You could be in meetings or on calls and mistakenly sabotage so many great opportunities for yourself! And the source of those actions always starts in our heads. So as we start this week, can we make a commitment together? Let’s commit to observing our thoughts a little closer. It could transform not just how we show up as parents, partners, and friends… But also how we lead, sell, and connect. It’s all about becoming better… more aware, more aligned. And as you improve yourself, you enhance every part of your life — from inside your home to inside your business. Let me know in the comments if you agree and share this with your team or a colleague. Let's help each other be better this week.

Your audience can sense your fear. Are you projecting insecurity instead of confidence? Your confidence, or lack thereof, speaks volumes. Here I am going to expose a common myth… Confidence isn't just about feeling good about yourself. It's about showing it to the world. But, why does this matter? Because your audience feeds off your energy. If you're unsure, they'll be unsure too. This can lead to missed opportunities, lost sales, and a damaged reputation. So, what can you do to be more confident? ➊ Own your expertise: Believe in your skills and knowledge. ➋ Practice your pitch: The more you rehearse, the more confident you'll sound. ➌ Embrace vulnerability: Sharing your journey can build trust and connection. Remember, confidence is a skill, not a trait. It's something that can be learned and developed over time. So, stop chasing perfection and start embracing authenticity. What are your thoughts on this? Share your experiences in the comments below. #business #marketing #branding #success #motivation #inspiration ------------ If this helped… Repost to help others out there! ♻ Follow Punam Rokade and hit the 🔔 for more.

Meet Rachel. Rachel was an introverted coach who used to dread showing up online. She had felt overwhelmed by the constant pressure to promote herself, drained by the idea that success required endless self-promotion and becoming someone she wasn't. She had come to me feeling stuck - she knew she wanted to grow her business, but the traditional marketing approach just didn’t fit her personality. She wanted a way to attract clients without exhausting outreach or feeling inauthentic. We worked together to implement smart systems that made the right connections for her, so she could focus on what she loved most: coaching. The results? Rachel began gaining 10 new qualified leads every month, consistently, without compromising her introverted-ways! She thrived without burnout. She was able to lean into her strengths as an introvert - deep listening, empathy, and genuine connection. No more hustling in the shadows or feeling out of alignment. Her business began to grow authentically, reflecting who she truly was. If Rachel’s story resonates, let’s explore how you can get 10 new leads per month without changing your personality or energy, whilst bringing you the success, and attention, you deserve. #IntrovertedCoach #AuthenticGrowth #BusinessWithoutBurnout

The Power of Speaking Well: Upgrading Your Mindset and Your Impact "The ability to speak well is a skill that will open more doors than you can imagine." - Tyler Kania When I first started out as an entrepreneur, I was a nervous wreck when it came to public speaking. I would stumble over my words, forget my main points, and just generally make a fool of myself. But I knew that if I wanted to be successful, I had to master the art of communication. So, I made it my mission to become a powerful speaker. I read books, hired a speaking coach, and started practicing every chance I got. And you know what? It paid off in ways I never could have imagined. When you can communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively, people sit up and take notice. You can inspire your team, close more deals, and build a loyal following of customers and fans. But it all starts with your mindset. I remember the first time I spoke in front of a large audience. I was terrified, but I pushed through the fear and gave it my all. And afterwards, people came up to me and told me how much my words had impacted them. That's when I realized the true power of speaking well. So, if you want to upgrade your mindset and your impact, start by focusing on your communication skills. Join a speaking group, practice your elevator pitch, and seek out opportunities to share your ideas with the world. And remember, the words you speak have the power to change lives – including your own. #TylerKania #SpeakingWell #CommunicationSkills #ImpactfulMindset #AchieveYourGoals #MillionaireMillennial #EntrepreneurLife #LaptopLifestyle #BusinessOwner #StartupGrind #BusinessCoach #BusinessMentor #BusinessAdvice #BusinessConsulting #BusinessAcquisition #Dealmaker #CreativeFinance #WealthCreation #MoneyMindset #FinancialSuccess #InvestmentStrategy #WealthManagement #PassiveIncome #MultipleStreamsOfIncome #ScaleBusiness #BusinessAutomation #SalesTraining #MarketingTips #InfluencerMarketing #OnlinePresence

People act in very different ways in the throes of panic. We often hear about fight or flight, but we don't talk as much about freeze. And yet, at LookUP it's the reaction we most often see. Clients circling in decision making, unable to find a way forward because panic is their foremost emotion. We've been working with the most fantastic group of clients for the last couple of weeks on, quite literally, their pitch of a lifetime. Their client is one that makes or breaks their business. Panic could be their primary emotion, and circling could well be the end result. They asked Matthew Hook and I to come into the pitch process as their external eyes and ears, to help them find a compelling story, to keep them on track, and to galvanise the team behind common thinking. They recognised early on that sometimes (and particularly when you're the incumbent) it's tough to see the wood for the trees, you overcompensate for perceptions you believe are held about you, and don't double down enough on your strengths. The result of our partnership is the most calm pitching process we've encountered! The team are working so smoothly together because they are headed in the same direction. This weeks newsletter is on how you deal when Pitch Panic kicks in - a clear approach to save the teams sanity and workload when it comes to the last throes. Get in touch if you think the LookUP team can help with your pitch of a lifetime at caroline@wearelookup.com #pitching #pitchpanic #workshops #coaching

Not choosing a niche is heartless. 🖤 The first thing I do when working with brand + messaging clients is help them declare their love for the people they're born to serve — in less dramatic language, choosing a niche. Thing is, my clients are mostly coaches with generous, visionary hearts who want to do more than help a small group. They want to make a HUGE dent in the world and know their expertise can benefit everyone! And it probably can. But, niching down isn't about who you can help. It's about who you can speak to with so much empathy and relevance that they feel seen, heard, and understood. They experience a deep relief when your words resonate with their innermost dreams and doubts. You GET them, and that's the first step in building trust. Trust is everything when you're selling your coaching services. You can't make everyone feel understood and valued with a lame all-purpose message. It's not inclusive. It's dismissive. You have to be willing to stand up and advocate for Your People. Are you? If you're a coach passionate (borderline obsessed) about your mission and ready to create a personal brand and message that speaks to the souls of Your People and gives your expertise and perspective the voice, recognition, and power it deserves... ...we should have a chat about working together. DM me, and I'll send you my cal link. If you want to do a vibe check first, head to my bio (or whatever the top of a LinkedIn profile is called where there are clickable links 🙃) and download The Pitch Playbook for free. It'll teach you step-by-step how to introduce yourself with confidence, clarity, and ease. Or just comment "Pitch Playbook" below, and I'll pop the link in there. xo, Jaime #brandingtips #coachingbusiness #womeninbusiness

🧠 As a Business Coach, being an introvert helps me connect with clients more deeply. I’ve often felt that traditional business advice didn’t quite resonate with me. The emphasis on large events, bold pitches, and “networking as much as possible” didn’t fit. But over time, I realized that my introverted nature wasn’t a setback; it was an asset. 💡 Here’s how being an introvert works to my advantage in client relationships: 1. 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Instead of jumping in with advice, I listen, really listen. This gives my clients space to open up about their challenges and goals, leading to insights that might otherwise be missed. 2. 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 - For me, quality always outweighs quantity. I focus on fewer, meaningful relationships that are built to last rather than casting a wide net. This leads to more authentic, trust-based connections. 3. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Introverts are wired for reflection, which means I bring a thoughtful, customized approach to each client. My clients know they’re getting carefully considered advice, not just cookie-cutter solutions. Introversion has taught me there’s real strength in quiet confidence and intentional connection. If you’re an introvert, embrace these qualities, they could be your biggest asset. 💪✨ What would you add? Comment below and let me know. ----- 👋 I’m Dom, Founder of Universal Harmony Club.
