What happens when you bring AI to one of the foundational elements of the work day? Well, meetings will change forever. The work day is often a balancing act between important meetings and focus work. All too often people join a one hour meeting for a one minute insight, pushing valuable focus work to the back burner. But AI flips that idea on its head, enabling companies to reduce time spent in meetings while making that time spent more valuable. When setting companies that use Copilot, we found organizations spending less time in meetings as much as 16% less time for one consulting company. Copilot helped them use that time effectively with pregenerated agendas, AI generated notes and suggested questions, and the ability to easily track decisions and action items.
