This week is National Nurses Week. How can medical practices celebrate nurses? Here are four ways how, according to the NurseJournal: 1. Self Care: Nursing is a stressful job that can lead to nurse burnout. Give nurses the time and space needed to take care of themselves. 2. Recognition: Let nurses know that you appreciate them. Send them an appreciation text, phone call, online message, or gift. 3. Professional Development: Be understanding when nurses need time to study. You can also show support by donating to nursing schools or professional nursing organizations. 4. Community Engagement: Support the health and professional growth of nurses nationwide. When you support a nurse, you support an entire community. Thank nurses for all they do for patients, their families and our communities. They really make the difference! #NationalNursesWeek #NursesWeek

Nurses...Have you ever felt like you're just a character in a story someone else is writing? Maybe it's one where you're always on the sidelines, always tired, always wishing for something different. But here's the secret—they're your pages to turn. 📖💫 Leaving bedside nursing was the hardest decision I ever made. It was also the best. It taught me that change doesn’t just happen; we make it happen. If your current chapter is full of endless shifts, physical exhaustion, and emotional toll—remember, you hold the pen. You're not just a nurse; you're a navigator of your destiny. If you’re dreaming of a new path where you can thrive without the burnout, let this be your sign. You have the power to redefine your career and life. And you don't have to do it alone. 👩⚕️💪 Are you ready to start writing a new chapter where you are in control? If not, what's stopping you? #nurse #nurselife #lifeafternursing #midlifecareerchange #careertransition #newcareeropportunities #findyourpassion #midlifecareeradvice #careerchangehelp
