Sales Leaders tell me they are often managing a moving situation, after all great Sales Professionals have options and typically change role inside every 5 years or fewer. So, when it comes to hiring, in order to attract the kind of people who suit your situation avoid conflating "an indepth recruitment process that seeks to determine both parties value proposition" with taking a long time between stages or having too many stages.... ...sometimes, taking a punt on someone because you get a great feeling or have heard brilliant things about them is OK if it suits both parties.
