Ever tried eating an elephant? You take it one bite at a time. After 7 years in the software industry, I've learned the importance of tackling massive challenges in manageable steps. My mission? Drive efficiency and empower corporate teams to make a real impact. Too often, businesses set sky-high expectations for SAM and FinOps teams but fail to equip them adequately. In today's rapid software landscape, it's unrealistic to expect teams to navigate without proper support. That's why we reinvented our approach and launched Samplify.ai. Our goal is to empower clients to make smart decisions by instilling confidence they won't find elsewhere. What's the biggest challenge stopping your team from confidently transforming your software ecosystem? Share your thoughts below!

Hard to believe I'm almost 3 months in at LD and want to share a few takeaways I've learned. While software leadership prioritizes both efficiency at scale and reduced risk, feature management becomes a critical piece of the equation. Enabling teams to rapidly release shorter lived branches and transition to trunk based development is made possible through feature flagging. In doing so we can "dark launch" features, and safely release through targeting and progressive rollouts to reduce risk and mitigate regressions before they become customer incidents. Any platform that can do this easily and automate those mitigations (looking at you Release Guardian) is going to become essential to DevOps workflows. All of this helps teams actually reduce their COGS as software costs reduce with developer efficiency. As we start to see the down stream effects of greater velocity through feature management, experimentation is really where we can start to dial in the efficacy of software teams. Without an understanding of the impact of feature releases on the business, our increased velocity lacks the insight to help product teams prioritize and make informed decisions. By building experimentation on top of feature management, we gain the ability to analyze the effects of new releases on the customer experience, measure outcomes that matter to the business, and ultimately optimize our ability to generate revenue. It's especially important that we consider the effects of how we implement experimentation to ensure we can trust the data that is driving product decisions. This is why it's so critical we have a platform that can enable both targeting and feature variations on the code level as it ensures the outcomes of experiments are purely being driven by our feature releases, not unintended latency or UI glitches from a bootstrapped feature flag. It's always exciting to start to sink your teeth in as you get ramped at a new role, and am very thankful for all the resources and support here at LaunchDarkly to help make the firehose a bit more manageable! Lastly, if you're curious how your team's own software practice measures up against today's priorities of risk and velocity we have a very cool guide to actually measure that here: https://lnkd.in/eKhNN4Dv #devops #featureflagging #experimentation #dora

Founders often face the painful reality of a product that doesn't scale or match their vision. And this is a real problem. Sometimes this happens because of software created by inexperienced engineers who miss the mark. Naturally, it leads to costly reworks and delays. But you can figure it out by prioritizing a founder-centric approach to build your product rigorously from the start. This is exactly what we do at CodeLions. What does it mean? - Your vision, our mission - Transparency and open communication - Agile methodology - Scalable solutions With a team of experienced mid-to-senior engineers, we deliver technically robust, commercially viable software that scales with your business. Tech Debate: Innovate or Iterate? Imagine you’re part of a team working on a 10-year-old software product. The system works, but it’s outdated in design and functionality. You have two choices: 1️⃣ Start from scratch and build a brand-new solution. 2️⃣ Improve the existing system step by step. Each approach has its pros and cons: 🔧 Iterating is cost-effective and preserves familiarity, but progress can be slow. 💡 Innovating opens up possibilities but comes with higher risk and resource demands. What would you choose, and why? Let’s hear your thoughts! 🛠✨ #TechTalk #InnovationVsIteration #YourThoughtsMatter"

Founders, it’s ok to roll your eyes when a VC asks “what’s your technical moat?” My take: technical moats no longer exist in software. It used to be that you could launch a product with a technically capable team and enjoy a two to three-year advantage. But now… there are better engineers than ever before, more platforms that can even the playing field, and AI that is helping everyone build quality software, fast. A differentiated product and 10x team matters, but your competitor might have these as well. The moats that make a difference now: • Your shipping velocity • Your network effects • Your GTM motion • Your community • Your brand • Your story • Your data • Your ROI • Your customer love • Your positioning. How are you different? What other moats have you seen in this era of more technical parity? #founders #venturecapital #categorycreation Felicis

A customer reports a bug 🐞—and suddenly, hours slip by. Collecting information means digging through session data and user logs. Triaging adds another layer, as teams analyze and prioritize the issue. Debugging leads to hours navigating through sprawling codebases. Finally, fixing—if the root cause is even clear—brings it all to the finish line. And during this cycle, every hour spent chasing bugs is an hour not spent building, innovating, and moving the product forward. What if we could cut down on the bug chase and focus on the future instead? #Engineering #TechInnovation #AITriage #AIDebugging #Productivity #SoftwareDevelopment #RootCauseAnalysis #StartupLife

1wHey James! Love the 'eating an elephant' metaphor - it's so true! I've seen too many teams get bogged down by trying to tackle everything at once. By focusing on small, achievable goals, they not only make progress but also build confidence along the way. Curious if Samplify.ai has any plans for incorporating predictive analytics to stay ahead of the curve?
