The role of the Low-Dollar program in nonprofit fundraising is a-changing (cue the Dylan music). Is it designed to feed Major Gifts teams? Drive actions for programs? Just generate an operational NET? Big questions coming from leadership. How to help frame your thinking through your own data: What persuaded you to choose the road ahead? How confident are you that you or your team can implement and execute? In addressing those questions, you want to convey two things: rigor and optimism.
