Helping to bring biomanufactured products to market faster🚀 | Strategic advisor and fractional CSO/CTO | ex-Vow, ex-NIH

2024: A year of big wins, hard lessons, and immense gratitude. For the first time in my professional career, I went out on my own. No safety net, no regular salary—just me, partnering with incredible founders and teams to help them grow and build extraordinary products. Here are some highlights (and lowlights) from the year: 🚀Social Growth: -9,500 followers (up from 1,500 last year) -375k+ impressions on my posts -13 editions of The BioRevolution newsletter: -Nearly 2,000 subscribers -10,000+ reads A massive shoutout to everyone who joined me for interviews and made this possible: Uwe Peter & Martin Peter (Lite&Fog), Maya Sapir-Mir & Raya Liberman-Aloni (PoLoPo), Monika Tomecka, PhD (uFraction8), Katie Bashant Day (Media City Scientific), Michael Macolino, Mohammad Khalil El Hajj, PhD (Bright Biotech), nic van der nol (PharmOut), Mic Black & Darryl Lyons (Rainstick), Andrew Gray & Samuel Wines (CoLabs), David McLellan (Jooules), Cristofer Rybner (Reocto), and Jason Whitfield (Main Sequence). Your time and insights have been invaluable—thank you 🙏 -Launched a new website in June, with 2,000+ unique visitors so far. -Co-hosted the first Biomaker events with Andrew Gray, helping grow Australia’s biomanufacturing community 🚀Client Growth: -Partnered with 13 clients across Australia, the US, Europe, Asia, and South America -Joined the Cellular Agriculture Australia advisory board -Delivered multiple workshops on value proposition, market identification, and aligning technical-commercial roadmaps (many more to come in 2025!) -Tackled several due diligence projects for angels and VCs—super insightful to experience this from the other side! Special thanks to some of the teams I’ve been privileged to work with: Cellular Agriculture Australia CULTZYME Novel Farms, Inc. Sticta Biologicals Livestock Labs Cymphony Bio And so many others—thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey 💥 The Hard Stuff -One month with no new revenue -Countless sleepless nights trying to keep all the balls in the air -$30k in lost potential revenue after verbal agreements fell through These moments hurt—but they taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of maintaining momentum 🙏 Gratitude & Looking Ahead I’m incredibly proud of what 2024 has become—mistakes, milestones, and everything in between. To the 100+ founders I’ve spoken to this year: thank you for your time, trust, and energy To everyone who’s supported me—through kind words, collaboration, or cheering from the sidelines—you’ve been part of this journey, and I’m grateful for you 2025 is already shaping up to be even bigger If you’re a founder or leader in biomanufacturing looking for expert guidance to align your technical and commercial roadmaps and scale faster, let’s connect We still have 4% of 2024 remaining—how will you leverage that time to set yourself up for an explosive start to 2025? Here’s to more growth, learning, and impact. Let’s go! 🚀
