A successful business does more than just make money – it actively helps create a feeling of community. Instead of only selling things, a thriving business becomes a part of the local or global community it serves. This involvement can include supporting local events, helping with charity work, or teaming up with other businesses. When a business takes part in community activities, it not only looks good to the public but also forms meaningful connections with customers, neighbors, and others involved. This feeling of community goes beyond just buying and selling; it makes an environment where people feel connected to the business. As a result, a successful business that helps build a community might see more loyal customers, positive recommendations, and a stronger foundation for long-term success. #BusinessCommunityBuilding #BeyondProfit #CommunityEngagement #LocalSupport #CorporateSocialResponsibility #MeaningfulConnections #BuildingRelationships #LongTermSuccess #LoyaltyBuilding #PositiveImpact

How Can You Get More Involved in Your Community: By actively participating in the community and demonstrating a genuine interest in its well-being, real estate brokers can build strong relationships, establish themselves as trusted professionals, and ultimately attract more business opportunities within their local area. Getting involved not only builds strong connections but also fosters trust and credibility among potential clients. You can do this in a variety of ways, such as participating in community events like festivals, farmers' markets, and charity fundraisers. Becoming a member of local community organizations, such as the chamber of commerce, neighborhood associations, or business networking groups. Volunteer for local charities, nonprofit organizations, or community service projects, or organize informational workshops or seminars on topics relevant to homeowners and prospective buyers, such as home buying tips, financial planning, home maintenance, or real estate market trends. The more you get involved, the better you can understand your market, and potential buyers and sellers.

On Line Networking Clubs ? I wasn’t allowed to join a Business Forum because Juniors is a charity. Let me stop you there. Juniors may be a charity but we are not a typical or old fashion charity. We run like any other business - other than we work for social impact and all profits and funding go towards making our community a better place to live. We have systems in place, procedures, we pay our rent and running costs etc We are resourceful like all businesses out there as we know first hand that funding cut be froze at any time and we have to think of various other ways to bring in an income We motivate our staff to provide the best customer service possible and that’s a hard task when dealing with the public - just the same as any other business out there We invest in training and we have a diverse work place. We work long hours and don’t always get to shut our doors at home time. And we tender for funds, fight for business support - just like all businesses out there. Our paper work is a massive task. Our PR and marketing is huge. We run as a Business that does good - so please don’t think we are out with buckets day in and day out - we are working as hard as any business out there - only difference is our most popular service that we “sell” is our time. Our time is dedicated to making a difference Like all business also - Juniors started off as an idea. An idea that would improve peoples life’s and bring people together.. An “out of the box” idea that no longer separated those who have from those that don’t and it’s been a rollercoaster- but one thing is for sure - it work, has got better and better in the 9 years it’s been running and I will continue, along with my staff ,to make it even better and ensure Scotland is the best place for raising our children So… I am looking for on line networking clubs all around Scotland- if you know of any , please get in touch. Families everywhere deserve a little bit of Juniors in their life’s - let’s make that happened I also can’t successfully complete our biggest Christmas Campaign to date without the help of local businesses in each of the local areas, mentioned in my previous post. You want to help eradicate child poverty in your area - it’s really easy. Join our mission #scotland #glasgow #ayrshire
