If a company takes 3 months to hire you, there is a problem. With them, not you! If a company needs 8 rounds of interviews to hire you, that was a red flag at round 4. If the company is unable to match your expected salary after the final round, they are waiting to lowball you. I hire people within 3 weeks or less of the interview. Because I don't like wasting anybody's time. I recently had a candidate ask me "how many more rounds do we have left?" during an interview. It got me thinking - how many rounds are too many? The fact is, job seekers are tired and want to know if they're in or out to weigh their options and not waste time. So, how many rounds of interviews are acceptable for you? I presented a candidate on a Monday, and by Friday morning, he had an interview with the owner, received an offer, and accepted it that same day. Something interesting I've learned recently is that a good applicant can perform badly during an interview As a good manager or member of the hiring team, you have to develop a nose for it so you don't miss out on a good staff There are several ways to find out who is a good fit, don't rely solely on interviews

It just pissess me off when you give interviews/ get on calls, and then ask for feedback or the result, you are ignored. Like why do some recruiters and HR personnel, don't reply back? I know rejections can be difficult for people, but a closure makes more sense to a lot of people. Every interviewee deserves the information, that we are not proceeding you with ahead. #jobposting #hiring
