We are absolutely devastated at the events that have taken place here in Israel over the past few days. There are truly no words to offer for the heartbreak and devastation we are feeling.   Some of us have children on the front lines, alongside some of our Vintage employees and partners.   Thank you for all of your wishes and notes of support that you have sent us. It is incredibly heartwarming and meaningful to each one of us.   We also appreciate the support of Western Governments, particularly of President Biden and the American people, who have come out so strongly in support of our fight against Hamas’ terror.   Several of you asked what you can do to help. Here are our recommendations:   Over 1,200 people have been killed in Southern Israel, and their homes destroyed. There are a number of organizations that are supporting these families. It should be clear: There is no moral equivalence between Israel and Hamas. Israel, like every other Western democracy, does not kill civilians on purpose.   Hamas intentionally kills civilians and celebrates its murders, filming it and putting it on social media for all to see. Hamas is the Palestinian version of Al-Qaeda and ISIS. Al-Qaeda and ISIS killed Americans and other Westerners, not as freedom fighters, but just to kill “infidels”. Just like Hamas, they too proudly published and circulated videos of their terror for the world to see. It is very important that as many people as possible understand that.   All efforts to get out the truth would be highly appreciated!   The State of Israel and our people, Jews and Arabs, are resilient and determined, and we will overcome this horrible period and emerge stronger.
