🎉 Off the back of our announcement that we are Joining Forces with Logi-Tech Pty Ltd, came this amazing surprise! Para Bellum Solutions took out the DTC Skilling Award at last week's Defence Teaming Centre, Defence Industry Awards. That we were surprised is an understatement. Emmeline Gracedale's celebratory cheers could be heard from the other side of the hall - a perfect expression of what we were all feeling inside. Jake Kearsley CSM delivered a less-than-prepared thankyou speech which was praised later (purely for its brevity). 🥂 We're very excited, and extremely grateful to receive industry recognition for our Upskilling Program and the work that has gone into its delivery. We started the program in 2022 through our first SADI grant coordinated by Emmeline, followed by Charlotte Osman LLB who landed us a second grant in 2024. The first program saw our staff complete over 50 credentials and certifications, our second program will double that. We were pleased just to be considered amongst the top three finalists with Ascent Pty Ltd and Shoal Group Pty Ltd who have both put together incredible professional development programs.
