Interesting cardiology subplot to Signify Research Ltd's latest imaging AI startup funding data. The 15 most-funded imaging AI companies include five cardiovascular-focused startups (HeartFlow, Inc, Cleerly, CathWorks, Keya Medical, Elucid), and three companies that place a heavy focus on cardiovascular and stroke imaging (Aidoc, Viz.ai, RapidAI). ...That's more than half of the imaging AI companies that have raised over $100M. Considering that the majority of AI vendors focus on non-cardiovascular imaging, this says a lot about where VCs have been spending their money -- closer to care, procedures, costs, and reimbursements. We'll be covering this in the next Cardiac Wire https://lnkd.in/gffPtj9J

Exciting news today for @ Openwater as we announce we’ve reached $100M in total funding to commercialize our technology platform and advance our mission of making advanced medical care accessible worldwide. Plus: order reservations open for fully open-source breakthrough therapeutic ultrasound and biophotonics platform. More info at http://openwater.health Openwater's healthcare platform combines high-resolution infrared imaging, precision-tuned ultrasound, and targeted electromagnetic fields. This integration enables unprecedented visualization, monitoring, and treatment of biological issues. The technology can selectively destroy cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unaffected, similar to how an opera singer's voice can shatter a specific wine glass without disturbing others. Preclinical and clinical studies have shown promising results, including shrinking glioblastoma tumors in mice and treating severe depression in humans. Think of it as bringing the precision of semiconductors, software and AI with the ubiquity of consumer electronics to healthcare. New and existing investors include Plum Alley Ventures Company, Khosla Ventures, BOLD Capital Partners, Esther Dyson, Howard Morgan

I think this is the most unethical practice I have ever encountered. It is so unethical I was shocked when I found this out years ago.Pure horror that should definitly not be allowed as it is completely illegal if you are honest about the whole situation. I went to the man who does this in the netherlands. Thinking I was entering the future as I know it. I walked in in ectasy and came out of the meeting completely horrified. Money had taken over the stemcell research and researchers. Basically they have a foetus without skin chopped up in parts and they put that in a big machine and let flow medicine through them constantly..Big farma is the one that has the financial capacity to fund these people, who have got great results with stemcells..I belief this method is creating more illness .Tesla has proved that already. They found a way to test on humans and a hole in the system of the law.. These are real parts of humans and we are connected to that. Our stemcells do feel what is going on . Being connected to the milions of medicines that where lying there to be tested. Our stemcells will be affected by what those stemcells are going through. When you think of a metal bridge that is suddenly collapsing because of metal fatique that is happening to us humans right now. Those human parts have feelings as well and contain every part of information that will create us and our future. Just because it has no skin it does not mean it is not a foetus. It is the biggest threat on humanity I belief. Tesla has proved we can feel what is going on especially when we have the same resonance as it is our own species. In my opinion this should be stopped right now as we speak. It will cause illness beyond repair. We are talking about our human stemcells here. The knowledge we have found now is life saving. Using this knowledge in this manner, it is life taking without doubt. It is reprogramming our stemcells . Also I belief that our stemcells are capable of creating different functions in a different world. These capabilities ly dormant waiting for transformation.Like this they will stay dormant as the are tortured beyond reason.. Not being allowed to clone should also not being allowed to clone parts of humans and especially not being allowed to do tests on parts of a foetus/human. Just because it does not look human does not say it has not got all the human abbilities and all the human potential. Like this they cross every law possible that is protecting human rights and human health. Nobody is protesting about this..why not? Again this is a bio war on a level we cannot comprehend and the damage will be incredible. Medicine is not the future. Vibration, frequenties and sound are the future. Connecting with plant medicine is connecting with nature mother earth and keeps us on this planet. We got to stop this malpractice. This is not wanting to bring health, this is Dis- Ease at large and will break our immune system at the core base. Who can help me stop this? PS.

We hear about ‘personalized medicine’, but may not all realize it involves cloning ourselves, with potential for significantly increasing our life spans. Hear Dr. David A. Sinclair A.O., Ph.D., Professor at Harvard Business School as well as visionary entrepreneur & researcher tell Ed Mylett that he “could” create sperm & eggs out of our own human skin cells, recreate our brains with our brain cells, accelerate aging to do testing & then regressive treatments… it’s genuinely mind blowing stuff! When we consider “nanobots” & “robotic pills” that can go inside of us & diagnose & even treat our infirmities from the inside out, exoskeletons that can provide us with safer dermis layers, AI that can predict & avoid catastrophic ailments & much more, it’s fair to say that this is quite a time to be alive experiencing life as humans. I also applaud the powerful work of Mike Rubin, MD, PhD, CFA (also a Harvard professor) & Sharon Kedar, CFA, cofounders of Northpond Ventures where they invest in & help scale life sciences & biotech companies as investors, board members & visionaries; as well as Ai Phi Thuy Ho, a cardiologist who’s found a much better & accessible way to perform ultrasounds using her patented POCUS method (point of care ultrasound) & teaching the new method to doctors around the world; also Dr Nik who’s still saving lives in the ER but who’s also launched theHotBleep to help the world stay ahead of all the developments in the medical world due to emergant tech, & helping us all leverage it for our greater, individual & collective health; as well as Okare Shaba, founder of Padocare — a medical records & community platform helping recalibrate the way our medical records & therefore our health; also Navin Goyal MD, principle at LOUD Capital investing in humanity-changing startups, David Fessell, MD who’s spreading maximum joy here on LinkedIn & beyond & Golddy Kaur who’s doing the same & empowering the next generation of MedTech leaders, while still helping some of the most innovative & impactful medtech companies in the world navigate compliance, approval & scale. Finally, a shout out to a visionary entrepreneur, Tiffany Norwood, without whom this video wouldn’t exist, as it’s on SiriusXM, a technology she birthed from one of the many world-changing companies she started back in the day, Worldspace. She’d already had trillion dollar impact in FinTech at that point & has gone on to do so many incredible things, including a next-gen health clinic in Ethiopia that’s saved countless lives & strengthened community there. Currently she is continuing to scale Tribetan -the science of turning imagination into reality, as well as SimWin Sports, the first sports league in the metaverse. She’s also one of the most dynamic speakers & personalities I’ve ever known. Thank You to all the above doctors & visionaries. Please shout out more in the comment. Vitestro has raised $22 million funding to accelerate commercialization of its innovative robotic blood drawing device. This brings its total funding raised to $50 million from both equity investments and grant funding. The round was co-led by return investor Sonder Capital and new investor NYBC Ventures, with participation from Invest-NL, the European Innovation Council Fund (EIC Fund), and existing private investors. Toon Overbeeke, Vitestro CEO and co-founder: “Early feedback from hospitals, staff and patients has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are eager to quickly expand our reach and impact globally.” Through a combination of artificial intelligence (AI), advanced imaging technology, and robotics, Vitestro enables hospitals and labs to provide accurate and autonomous blood draws, reducing the need for manual handling and improving patient and clinician satisfaction. "Vitestro’s revolutionary device is perfectly positioned to improve patient care and streamline operations for a medical laboratory market in crisis,” said Dr. Frederic Moll, managing partner at Sonder Capital and the co-founder of Intuitive Surgical (NASDAQ:ISRG), the company behind the da Vinci surgical system. “As turnover and departures accelerate, staff are overwhelmed and labs are challenged to deliver timely test results and satisfactory care. We are excited by Vitestro’s progress and believe they will modernize the blood draw experience.” Multiple Vitestro devices have already been pre-ordered and are scheduled to be deployed at several European hospitals starting at the end of this year to help ease workload and provide a more consistent, improved patient experience. Vitestro is also currently leading the A.D.O.P.T. trial, the world’s largest evaluation of autonomous blood drawing devices. Vitestro is on track to obtain CE approval for its device by the end of 2024, with deployment efforts expected to begin in that same timeframe. INGEN HOUSZ (Quirijn van Veen, Daan Gieben) advised Vitestro.
