Controversial opinion, I still like to watch the Apprentice. The candidates can be funny but I think Tim Campbell is a fantastic asset to show and a great role mode. So I was excited to see him talking about T-Levels. This new study from EdWeek Market Brief keeps repeating one of my biggest pet peeves in the #professionaldevelopment landscape. In a survey on "in person" and "virtual" #pd, they keep using the verb "delivered" to describe a professional development experience. You can't "deliver" development. It isn't a package. It's an ongoing, iterative process. Anybody who is "delivering" #professionallearning to #schools isn't worth the time or money.
