The 'Four P's' to selling your Islington home on www.JacobLittorin.com. 🔎 The foundation is your motivation. If you don't want to sell then you won't sell. If you want to move to your next home, your motivation will be fuel for you to carry through the selling process which across the UK sometimes takes several months. 🗝 Then, each step is vital to sell: - Presentation, and the property itself, its condition, has to be attractive for the ideal buyer to purchase. This 'P' is something you can control months before you choose an agent to represent you, for instance, you can do gardening/landscaping with a contractor. - Person (Agent) is your representative to carry out the work and strategies to reach a successful sale. - Your agent will carry out the agreed promotion of the listing. The last 'P', the price, sits between you and the sale. A house is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. I use this all time time with clients. I will point out that you as the clinen have Control over 3 of the P's. You can choose your agent, you can choose the way you want your home presented and where your property will be advertised. But ultimately the price you sell for will be decided by the market
