Again at the same time when employees feel unhappy and unmotivated, productivity goes down, turnover goes up, and the company suffers. The World Happiness Foundation and Happyforce, have launched the 2024 Global Workplace Happiness Survey. The main reason of the #survey was to understand primary goal is to measure how happy people are in their work environments. The crux is to understand what makes us happy at work in a constantly evolving work landscape where technology plays and immense role. It is important to understand the human factor and human role in work place, how technology is influencing human behavior. What areas are significant where employees with a better mindset and attitude will be much more attentive when delivering customer service. Happiness is like viral fever once it spreads entire #team, resources and organization allowing human resources to work with balance and agility. Burnout can be a serious issue for employers. Employees who experience burnout will often report fatigue, mood swings, irritability that have direct effect on productivity. Allowing flexible working options or remote working options, increase support options in training and development, timely promotion and conducting reviews on workloads and solving critical task allows better life balance.
