Our business in Q1 grows triple-digit from last Q1. This is how i managed to get the result (as a CEO) :- 1. Get Involved : I get involved not just strategically but also in day-to-day operations to ensure we can navigate & make decisions faster. 2. Bold & Fast: Last year, I made a few bold decisions to face up to challenges post-COVID. We closed down many units in Malaysia and moved to China to ensure we could act fast and grow faster. 3. Back-to-basic : Focus on what matters. Identify the real problem and come up with simple solutions. We often try to reinvent the wheel.
