"Remote In Toronto" "Remote in NYC" "Remote in Vancouver" Erm, really? You will ONLY take new hires remotely if they reside in those cities? Nah, I know what's happening. It's the HR software that *requires* a location for each job posting, amirite? Tech leaders and product managers, do us all a favor and remove the location requirement from your software. You can leave it in but just make it an optional feature. Better yet, let your customers decide what fields are mandatory in their job postings. Make EVERYTHING except name and email address optional. Your customers will thank you.
