"Remote In Toronto" "Remote in NYC" "Remote in Vancouver" Erm, really? You will ONLY take new hires remotely if they reside in those cities? Nah, I know what's happening. It's the HR software that *requires* a location for each job posting, amirite? Tech leaders and product managers, do us all a favor and remove the location requirement from your software. You can leave it in but just make it an optional feature. Better yet, let your customers decide what fields are mandatory in their job postings. Make EVERYTHING except name and email address optional. Your customers will thank you.

The sponsor's teams charter is to oversee the integration effort of bringing in their recently acquired partners/companies into the gaming organization. Their primary focus is to sort through the integration process with them. They also focus on the programs gaming-wide, not program specific. The person who she is looking to onboard would be helping with both integration related tasks and non-integration related tasks. They also manage gaming real-estate organization. • Key projects: This role will contribute to integration real-estate efforts and gaming real-estate. • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 50% heads down work, 20% meetings, 30% in field. Candidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required: N/A - High school diploma or GED required. • Disqualifiers: If candidate doesn't have attention to detail (if a resume is hard to understand, this indicates poor communication skills), spelling errors and mistakes automatically disqualify them as well. Sponsor needs someone that can handle very important data and attention to detail indicators. • Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain someone who is a mixture between an admin and someone who is doing low-level project management work (excel). Someone who is analytical and knows how to manage and integrate data. Someone who has dealt with discretionary communication and someone who is trustworthy on data that could really affect their business. • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines. Hard Skills Assessments • Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP • Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include questions about excel / standard interview. • Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should be prepared to answer questions about excel and be able to provide examples.
