There's a lot to pick up in your early days, and plenty to be done even as you're still learning it. I wanted to provide a roadmap to help such pivotal workers throughout your first three months. And to accompany it, here's some overall tips for how to succeed: 👉 Understand your business strategy. > Familiarize yourself with this early, and get to know your fellow business leaders. 👉 Business goals come first, use tech to align with them. > Available technology that suits your needs >>> spending months to build the perfect solution. 👉 Know the tech stack top-to-bottom. > To make improvements, you need to know the strengths and weaknesses of what's already in use. 👉 Don't change too much too quickly. > Even if you’re asked to change things, your employees need time to adjust and maintain productivity.
