What Essential Elements Should Be in Your HR Strategy Deck? Answers: https://lnkd.in/gxnVDXhx #HRStrategy #PeopleStrategy #HRProfessionals Hey everyone! 👋 I’m reaching out because I’ve been given the task of putting together an HR strategy deck, and honestly, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed. I’m stepping in during a time when we don’t have a CHRO or head of HR, so I could really use some guidance. I know that creating a solid HR/people strategy deck is crucial, but I’m not quite sure what elements should be included to make it effective. But I feel like there’s so much more that could go into an effective HR strategy deck. Here are some challenges I think we may face: Clarity: Without a clear strategy, it’s easy for HR initiatives to stray or become reactive rather th...

I know from talking with clients and contacts that many HR functions are still in transition in terms of their operating model. The context for this is often higher expectations from the business. They want more, and I keep hearing the term 'professionalise' for what business leaders want the function to do. This word tends to come from senior leaders and can mean different things. I'm guessing they're not clear themselves, and so this can be the prompt for a rich conversation about what they want that to look like. I'd welcome you to join me for a webinar to explore: - how can HR organise itself so that it manages and meets stakeholder expectations? - how do you get your whole HR team united and lined up behind delivering against your organisation’s priorities? - what is the best operating model for the HR function and how do you make it work? Spoiler alert - the three-legged model from Dave Ulrich still reigns, but we'll explore alternatives, and options within it. It hasn’t always been successfully implemented, and sometimes goes off course. We’ll explore the traps that HR functions can fall into and how to overcome them. Whatever structure you choose in HR, it's how the people work together that matters. We’ll provide inspiration and ideas on how to bring your HR team/s together and challenge how they can operate as One HR Team.
