Excited to share some news – I'm embarking on a 3-month assignment at our production site in Novo Nordisk Brazil! As part of the IFP Business Development and Support at headquarters, I've been entrusted with an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the heart of our operations at one of our key production sites. This July, I'll be stepping into a role that will not only challenge me but also allow me to collaborate closely with the local team to enhance our capacity planning initiatives. By working directly in Montes Claros, I will be able to experience the pulse of our production site, understand the challenges faced by our on-site team, and contribute to real-time problem-solving and process optimization. It's a chance to not only apply my analytical skills and capacity expertise on the ground but also to absorb valuable knowledge that can only be gained through close observation and engagement with the intricate workings of our site. This assignment is a significant milestone in my career, representing both a personal achievement and a strategic move to strengthen the ties between our headquarters and production sites. It's an exciting prospect to connect with the dedicated professionals in Montes Claros, learn from their expertise, and bring back insights that could further streamline our processes across the IFP network. When I first joined Mafar Group as a medical reviewer, I knew I was stepping into a role that demanded precision and attention to detail. My first 100 days at Almirall- It is good to reflect on the importance of the first 100 days in a new job and/or in a new company, not only because it allows you to leave the past behind but also to learn as much as you can about the new job. Personally, it means I am back to my hometown, so the change has been big personally and professionally 🌟 I’ve just accomplished this milestone at Almirall and I would like to share some thoughts: 👇 👉 First days is about listening and asking the right questions, meet lots of people and go through the on-boarding plan. Viscosity is defined as the rate of a fluid’s internal resistance to flow. Intermolecular force, molecular mass and temperature are considered as the main factors effecting the viscosity. Fluids that have directly proportional flow rate with friction resistance are called as Newtonian fluids. Viscosity values of Newtonian fluids are commonly determined in terms of kinematic viscosity. Best method to measure kinematic viscosity of Newtonian fluids is by using capillary (kinematic) viscometers. For the kinematic viscosity measurements of Newtonian fluids, automatic kinematic viscometer instruments provide the most reliable results by precise temperature and timing control. Viscol-10AS Automatic Kinematic Viscometer is equipped by the latest temperature control, detector, chronometer and washing features.
