A happy new year it is! ✨ I'm thrilled to share that I started 2024 with a new job - I have joined RIVM National Institute for Public Health and the Environment as Policy Advisor, focusing on (Pandemic) Preparedness within the Centre for Infectious Disease Control. In this role, I'll be involved in various (international) projects at the dynamic intersection of research and policy, collaborating with a dedicated team to prepare for future infectious disease outbreaks and potential pandemics. I'm truly excited to contribute to the ongoing efforts to strengthen our nation's infectious disease control.
