Not all potential clients are ready to jump straight into a call—and that’s okay! Many business owners today are nervous about - the economy - where to spend their money - who to trust - being sold to They want to get to know you first. If they aren't ready to book a call, what is your plan B? How can you reassure them that you are awesome? What steps can you help them take towards trusting you and start thinking of you as a person they would like to work with. Here are a couple of slow track options ✅ Add an ask a question button. It's a softer approach and the beginning of the get to know you process. No commitment but the start of a conversation. ✅Add some resources A blog, news, freebies or articles page helps to answer their questions and build a picture of you and how you work. When they find a helpful resource which talks directly to them, and they start to nod along reading it ✅Create a super useful download Add a download that helps solve a challenge your ideal clients regularly deal with. Then add in a follow-up sequence that invites a conversation further down the track. ✅Highlight reviews Bring your reviews higher up the page, highlight any that address these concerns that people might have. Social proof is still super powerful. Jumping on a call can feel like a big step for clients who are still testing the waters. These trust-building touchpoints give people a chance to get to know you without any pressure. It’s a softer approach that builds a relationship over time, so they feel confident when they’re ready to take the next step with you. #BuildTrust #CustomerRelationships #WebsiteOptimisation #ConversionRateOptimisation ......
