Phase 2 clinical trial update on NETs! 📊 Lenvatinib and pembrolizumab combo in advanced GI and thoracic NETs showed 10% partial response, with median PFS of 8 months. Also, 60% experienced grade 3 adverse events, leading to dose adjustments or discontinuation. The trial did not show sufficient response to be continued. Vicore Pharma AB is pleased to announce positive final results from the Phase 2a AIR trial demonstrating that buloxibutid improves lung function over 36 weeks in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (#IPF). These encouraging results were presented yesterday by Toby Maher, Keck School of Medicine of USC, as a late-breaking oral session at the American Thoracic Society International Congress (#ATS2024). 🚀 Advancing personalized tissue therapies: VERIGRAFT P-TEV clinical trial update 🚀 We are excited to share progress from our ongoing Phase I/II clinical trial in Europe! Eleven of the planned fifteen patients have now been treated with our Personalized Tissue-Engineered Vein (P-TEV) product, and four of these patients have completed the twelve-month follow-up period. Our trial aims to evaluate P-TEV’s potential to cure chronic venous insufficiency, a condition caused by faulty valves that fail to prevent venous blood backflow. Primary endpoints focus on safety, assessing risks such as infection, mechanical failure, and thrombosis. 🧪 #FIPO: launch of the 3rd cohort in the clinical trial The scientific council has given the green light for the third dose in the ascending phase of our FIPO clinical trial. This Phase I/II trial tests the safety and efficacy of XON7 in patients with solid tumors.
