AC Diffuser Sweating? Invi Air – The Diffuser Condensation Vaccination. No matter how many times you try to fix your diffuser sweating AC, it won’t change your weather conditions. As long as you have metal grilles, vents, and registers, expect trouble. In this post, we will explore all th properties of a psychrometric chart and their unit in easy words: ➡️Dry Bulb Temperature (DBT) ▶️The temperature of air measured using a regular thermometer. It does not account for moisture in the air just the air temperature itself. Units: Imperial: Degrees Fahrenheit (°F) Metric: Degrees Celsius (°C) ➡️Wet Bulb Temperature (WBT) ▶️The temperature of air measured when the thermometer bulb is wrapped in a wet cloth. It reflects the cooling effect of evaporation, giving an indication of moisture in the air. Units: Imperial: Degrees Fahrenheit (°F) Metric: Degrees Celsius (°C) ➡️Dew Point Temperature (DPT) ▶️The temperature at which air becomes fully saturated with moisture and water vapor starts to condense (dew forms). It indicates the air's humidity level. Units: Imperial: Degrees Fahrenheit (°F) Metric: Degrees Celsius (°C) ➡️Enthalpy ▶️The total heat energy in the air, including the heat from both air temperature and moisture content. It shows how much energy (heat) is in the air. Units: Imperial: British thermal units per pound (Btu/lb) Metric: Kilojoules per kilogram (kJ/kg) ➡️Relative Humidity (RH) ▶️The percentage of moisture in the air compared to the maximum amount the air can hold at the same temperature. It tells us how "humid" the air feels. Units: Percentage (%) ➡️Humidity Ratio (HR) ▶️The amount of water vapor (moisture) in the air relative to the amount of dry air. It measures how much water vapor is in a given amount of air. Units: Imperial: Pounds of water vapor per pound of dry air (lb water/lb dry air) Metric: Kilograms of water vapor per kilogram of dry air (kg water/kg dry air) ▶️Humidity measurement instrument name- Hygrometer. ▶️Cold air can't hold as much water vapor as warm air. ▶️Humidity ratio doesn't change much with temperature. Relative humidity changes a lot with temperature that's why warm air can hold more moisture. #HVACDesign #HeatingCoolingDesign #EnergyEfficientHVAC #IndoorClimate #AirFlowDesign #BuildingComfort #ThermalComfort #DuctworkDesign #SmartHVACDesign #HVACEngineering #MEPDesign #BuildingSystems #MechanicalDesign #ElectricalDesign #PlumbingDesign #MEPEngineering #IntegratedDesign #SustainableMEP #BIMMEP #MEPConsulting #ChillerSystems #ChillerDesign #CoolingTechnology #RefrigerationSystems #IndustrialChillers #ChilledWaterSystems #ChillerEfficiency #ChillerMaintenance #ChillerSolutions #ChillerOptimization #BIMModeling #DigitalConstruction #BIMDesign #VirtualConstruction #BuildingInformationModeling #LinkedInNetworking #LinkedInProfessionals #LinkedInCommunity #LinkedInConnections

Heightened expectations for comfort and government initiatives like the EU's #greendeal are propelling hydronic underfloor heating and cooling systems to be a forefront choice. Here are a few simple reasons why these systems align with the demand ⬇ 1. More Savings Due to their even distribution and larger surface area, floor heating systems can operate at lower temperatures and still exert the same levels of warmth. This means less energy consumption and more wallet savings. 2. Environmental friendliness Less energy consumption leads to less CO2 emissions, making hydronic underfloor heating systems a more environmentally friendly option than most traditional heating systems. 3. Maximized comfort Hydronic floor systems evenly distribute heat throughout an entire room as opposed for example, to radiators or baseboards that exert heat from one side of a room. This distribution allows for a comfortable feeling with less heating. As the heat rises from the floor, your feet remain warm while your head stays moderately cooler, which is naturally the most comfortable for the human body. 4. Design and control flexibility Underfloor tubing can be run in areas with limited airflow, and control valves can concentrate heating to specific zones. #hydronicunderfloorheating #energyefficiency #buildingautomation #energyoptimization

Invi Air - The Diffuser Condensation Vaccination: Diffuser Dampness Staines. Condensation on an air diffuser can be the result of a high-humidity climate, like in coastal areas where humidity can be extremely high, especially in the hot season. Condensation on a diffuser is the result of a significant difference in temperatures between the cold air coming from the air conditioning unit and warmer air in the room due to hot and humid weather. Metal diffusers are highly susceptible to that temperature change and therefore tend to develop condensation. Invi Air’s non-metal air diffusers are made from an innovative and proprietary composite material that has been shown to improve HVAC system performance drastically. Compared to aluminum and steel, it has a significantly lower response to temperature change, reducing diffuser condensation on the diffuser by up to 95%, which means 95% less chance of any kind of dampness damage; water droplets, stains, cracks, rust, and mold, caused by the diffuser. (see Intertek Report: chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://lnkd.in/eP8CgVzu). Invi Air diffusers are ideal for hot and humid climates or weather conditions, high friction duct air, and spaces with human-based hot and humid conditions (kitchens, bathrooms, indoor pools, gyms, spas, etc.). #Architecture #InteriorDesign

How to Choose the Right Dehumidifier? Things to Consider When Buying a Commercial or Industrial Dehumidifier. To choose the right size dehumidifier for your industrial or commercial application will depend on a few variables. Each Dehumidifier has a different capacity of humidity removal. I N D U S T R I A L D E H U M I D I F I E R S E L E C T I O N Indoor temperature Current indoor humidity Target humidity level Dimensions of the space needing climate control What the space is being used for? What is the door activity (how often does the door get opened/closed, left open)? Is there fresh air being added (fan) or removed (extract fan)? How many occupants in the room? Temperature and Humidity To choose the right size dehumidifier, it’s also important to note that depending on your specific requirements, outdoor temperature and relative humidity could also be a consideration. For example, if the outdoor temperature and humidity is higher than the indoor requirement and fresh air is being added to the space, then we also need to factor this load. An interesting explanation I heard recently is to imagine water entering and exiting. So a room filled with air but water completely surrounding the room outside. If you extract some of the air from the room (for example using an extractor fan) then water will be pulled in to replace it. An interesting visual that helped me see that if air is sucked out of a space, then it will be replaced from somewhere. Outdoor temperature and humidity will be a consideration. The Ideal Temperature and Humidity When talking of humidity in these instances, we are talking about Relative Humidity (RH). Take a look at our ‘What is Humidity’ article to find out the different measures of humidity and what they all mean. Interesting note: while humans are more sensitive to temperature than relative humidity (RH) it is the opposite for inanimate objects. For example, when raw and unfinished materials are stored, temperatures can fluctuate boundlessly so long as the RH is always kept steady at approximately 50%. This stops corrosion, degradation and/or warping. #mould #dehumidifiers #humidity
