Collaboration with local employers plays a pivotal role in helping job seekers find meaningful and long-term employment. IntoJobs have partnered with Olsson's Salt Manager, Rob, on many occasions to prepare job seekers with the skills to find employment and excel in their new roles. Recently, IntoJobs Mobile Employment Consultant, Kelly, supported Lucas, a jobseeker, with transportation assistance, PPE and skills training, to ultimately help him secure a job with Olsson’s Salt. Commenting on the partnership between Olsson’s Salt and IntoJobs, Kelly said “Rob’s commitment to providing opportunities and giving people a fair go has resulted in the employment of three participants from IntoJobs. Some of our participants face multiple barriers, but he’s always up for providing people with a chance.” We are proud to share that Lucas is thriving in his role and is continuing to be supported by IntoJobs delivery partner MRAEL, part of IntoWork Australia. Does anyone know a company that can assist me with a CV Builder software that can be integrated into the new Employment 4 ALL #JobSite & #HiringManager Portal: www.E4AJobs.com that we are in the process of developing and launching. I apologise in advance to everyone involved in building of our #JobSite and my newest baby. I know I am becoming like that annoying person, that goes to a restaurant, orders the off the Chef’s Special menu and requests changes are made in the ingredients and way every dish is cooked! The problem is that we are not a standard recruitment agency, or a large employer that needs an applicant tracking system for their HR team to promote vacancies and track outcomes. Although Employment4ALL Ltd (CIC) needs these things on our #JobSite, our clients and our referral partners require additional bespoke and more specialist services and support. One of my biggest concerns, is that so many of people that that are referred to Employment4ALL Ltd (CIC), whether self referrals, or more worryingly from employment support specialists, do not have a decent CV. Historically, my colleague Whitney G. and I used to try and make everyone referred to us with poor CV’s, new ones. Due to the vast number of referrals that is no longer sustainable. I remember when would settle down in front of the TV for a night of guilty pleasures such as Love Island, Gogglebox, Netflix, while making a huge pile of CV’s! One of the first processes that I have implemented for all candidates on Employment4ALL Ltd (CIC) Employment Support Projects, such as our #Southwark 18-24 year olds Programme, is that we ensure from initial appointment, we put in place a professional CV, a Right to Work document checklist and arrange smart interview clothing. Hence, why so many of our clients have gained employment. However, as a organisation that is dedicated to ensuring social mobility, we know many of the Jobseekers who will be using our new JobSite may not have received the same level of careers advice and employment support, to have the same opportunities as others do. So I am determined to find a system that can be incorporated into the build of the website, to guide candidates to either build a new CV, or help them to make their current one better. I have reached out to organisations like MyPerfectCV, but they do not offer a service that directly links their CV-making tools to employment support or job board websites. I will also be looking for social mobility, sites, blog writers, who know how to get free/cheap items such as food, housing goods, clothing, discounts or even cheap spare rooms for rent for our homeless clients who want to work, want to share what they post with us. We mainly cover London, but we hope to demonstrate how our much needed services and collaboration model with employers EDI & Social Teams, can be scaled up to help more people to gain sustainable employment and Transform Lives by Creating Opportunities to Thrive!❤️

This flexibility not only aids in retaining talented military spouses but also signals a company's commitment to their well-being and professional development. ✅ Be aware of the challenges military spouses face with licensing and credentialing. Support license portability and advocate for standardized requirements to ease their transition into new roles within your organization. ✅ Establish targeted hiring programs and partnerships with military spouse employment initiatives. Utilize virtual career events, online career platforms like LinkedIn, and programs like the Military Spouse Fellowship Program to connect with military spouse candidates, tapping into their vast potential. ✅ Support military spouse entrepreneurs by considering their businesses for vendor opportunities and investing in them. Provide access to business resources and networks to help them thrive, which can, in turn, foster innovation and growth within your own company.
