Happy World Quality Week to all the quality professionals out there. This week is to shine the light on all the integrity and dedication you bring to your teams and businesses. This year the theme is from Compliance to Performance. In 2024, we have seen the quality community come together on different occasions to raise the flag of governance, assurance and improvement. This week is no different. Whether you are a quality leader, a practitioner and auditor, or a business analyst, you know that compliance that adhering to standards, is only the starting point. Your curiosity is contagious and it is what sets you apart from other professionals. Always being inquisitive, whether something is adding value or whether it's done the most efficient way, makes you best suited to partner up with businesses and give them the assurance they require, the confidence they need to go beyond compliance and start driving performance. This week is no doubt about quality professionals, but I urge you to extend it further and celebrate your business allies who help you drive improvement strategies, those who believe in performance beyond compliance, those who join you on the journey of making things better, efficient, reliable, and repeatable to the highest of standards. There is a lot happening this week, join the different CQI events, check the articles, blogs and thought leadership shared on this topic and most importantly, keep raising the flag of performance and share with us what you are doing.
