Your #gut transit time is a key indicator of how well your #microbiome is doing. Beyond microbiome testing, there’s a free way to run your own gut test at home. All you need is a “food marker” – something that will visibly show up when you poop. This could be: - Sweetcorn (one cup cooked) - Sesame seeds (2 teaspoons mixed in a glass of water) - Red beetroot (one cup raw, or cooked) With your chosen food, all you have to follow the next steps, as detailed in our How-To article. And remember!
