It was a great pleasure to attend the social function of Food4T. I have such valuable insights not only learning a Business Strategy but also the spiritual story. Thanks Belinda Loke for the invitation and it was a great pleasure to meet Food4Thought Representatives especially Stephanie Woollard OAM and John Sikkema. Also to learn the Strategy Business Plan from Markus Koch. My take away is to focus on 5-year-plan. This is my first journey to inspire and add value to people, especially for Women in the Construction Industry, particularly the Women of Colour (the Minority of Minority). My mission is to empower women to bring out their greatest potential that is still hidden. According to the research, human in general, we only use 10% of our potential. What would happen if we could maximise our potential to reach 90%, the world would become a better place. One of human's greatest enemies is to focus on money instead of people. If we focus on people's potential, everybody will be prosperous. So My mission is to change the people's mindset from fixed and limited mindsets to abundant mindset. May Their Kindness in Helping Others will receive abundant blessings. With Gratitude and Blessings Yuliana (the Positive Culture Community)

💡 "The essence of strategy is choosing what not to do." - Michael Porter. Had a fantastic time at the Food4Thought event on "The Power of Vision and a Business Plan” with keynote speaker Markus Koch, Growth Strategist, Board Chair, and Director of ASX listed companies. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 🎯 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀: Be specific, measurable, and aspirational. Strategy is the pathway to achieve them. 🛤️ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Differentiation is key! Have a clear point of differentiation. 🛒 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: Inspired by ALDI SÜD's "good different" strategy. Special buys and cost efficiency set them apart. Shoutout to Sean Sacher, Group Managing Director at ALDI - from our law grad days at Allens, who knew I'd be writing about ALDI now? 🔍 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 is crucial. During Markus' tenure as Chair and CEO of Daniels Health, they uncovered valuable consumer insights. For example, consumers purchased syringe disposal bins for aesthetics, not just safety. I've seen this firsthand while interior decorating my husband's dental practice! Great to catch up with Yak Yong Quek, Founder and CEO of Prime Value Asset Management, and John Sikkema, Chair of Prime Value, at Prime Value's offices sponsoring the event. Kudos to Markus Koch and Stephanie Woollard OAM, National Director of Engagement for F4T, for organising such an enlightening event! #Strategy #Vision #BusinessPlan #Differentiation #Innovation

🌟 Honored to Share Insights from HEC Les Matins Event 🌟 I had the privilege of attending HEC Les Matins with my colleagues from Axys Consultants, Laurence SUPRANO and Fazil Boucherit and meeting Alexandre Bompard President of the Carrefour Group. Here are some key takeaways from our insightful discussion: 🔹 Digital Transformation: In an increasingly competitive market, Carrefour is strengthening its digital transformation efforts, particularly in e-commerce and home delivery services. Axys Consultants, as a leading expert in digital transformation and change management, have been helping accelerate Carrefour’s digital journey for several years. 🔹 Attracting and Developing Talent: Carrefour’s “Act For Change” program emphasizes the importance of being proud of transforming their business. This initiative is driven by three main ambitions, paired with essential skills for all managers: • Embracing external perspectives • Embedding strategy within teams • Encouraging innovation and experimentation 🔹 Balancing Responsible Consumption and Affordability: This is a significant challenge for Carrefour, and it’s one they are tackling head-on. A heartfelt thank you to HEC Alumni Hortense de Roux Adrien Couret for organizing this event, and to Vincent Beaufils the editor-in-chief of Challenges for moderating. Axys Consultants will continue to support Carrefour’s digital transformation and change management. Together, we are shaping the future of retail. #DigitalTransformation #RetailInnovation #TalentDevelopment #SustainableConsumption #HECAlumni #Carrefour #AxysConsultants

High client satisfaction is one thing, but an ex-client joining us as our Chairmen is next level: Fabrice Zumbrunnen, former CEO of Migros, Switzerland's largest retailer, just joined Stryber's supervisory board. 🚀 From my personal experience working with him, I know that Fabrice is completely different from most CEOs I’ve met: He prioritises long-term goals over superficial, quick wins, and is neither afraid to face inconvenient truths head on, nor to ruffle a few feathers in the process. Read Fabrice's thoughts on how to drive REAL innovation at large organisations in his corporate innovation blueprint below 👇 https://lnkd.in/eZS_DXHu #stryber

🚀 Recap from DFW CPG's in-person event on Exploring Non-Traditional Retail in Alternative Markets 🚀 A big thank you to our sponsors for making this event possible! Your support is invaluable. We delved into the world of non-traditional markets, which encompass everything outside of grocery, including hotels, cruise lines, airlines, casinos, and corporate campuses. These markets can be game-changers for CPGs, offering unique opportunities and challenges. ✨ Corporate Campuses: Companies like JPMorgan Chase & Co., LinkedIn, Meta, Southwest Airlines, and more are looking to match their corporate values with the products they offer their employees. Building relationships with these entities is vital to success. 💼 Using Brokers or Food Management Companies: These can be instrumental in accessing non-traditional channels, providing insights and connections that can make all the difference. 💰 Better Margins: Unlike grocery channels, non-traditional markets can offer better margins. This is a significant advantage, but it's crucial to understand the margin structure and ensure a healthy bottom line. 🛒 Competitive Entry: While competitive to enter, once you establish a presence and consumers embrace your products, the rewards can be long-lasting. 📈 Know Your Numbers: Understanding your costs, pricing, and margins is essential for success in these markets. It's a different game, but with the right strategy, you can thrive. DFW CPG events are an excellent resource for education and networking, providing valuable insights and connections. Thank you to DFW CPG for hosting such an insightful event! Let's continue exploring new avenues and building solid partnerships. #CPG #NonTraditionalRetail #DFWCPG
