PACE (Primary, Alternative, Contingency, Emergency) methodology is needed to deliver effective communications during defense operations but it is also vital for governments for border security, search and rescue and emergency services. In the event of a failure of a Primary communications system, it is critical to have reliable and resilient back ups to ensure seamless communication for critical systems.
