Market research is about listening deeply and responding thoughtfully. As Ernest Hemingway noted, 'When people talk, listen completely. Most people never listen.' Truly listen to your customers and their needs, and let their voices guide your research and strategies. #marketresearch #onlinesurvey #iersolutions

Everyone Speaks, Not everyone is Heard! In our Deep Dive series on the 5 Voices Assessment, we’re exploring the nuances of the Creative Voice. Unlike other first voices, the Creative Voice exhibits different tendencies based on its second voice. There are two combinations: the Creative Connector and the Creative Pioneer. Today we explore the characteristics of the often misunderstood 'Creative Pioneer'. Known for their incredible unique insight and intelligence, their superpower is innovation. Their ability to see patterns and develop models is unmatched by no other, they contribute significantly to advancements in technology and theoretical research. At GiANT London, none of our Partners have the Creative Voice as their primary voice. However, Graham Wakeman, Jennifer (Jennie) Mead, FCIPD, Dr Jules Morgan, and Rachel Ivers, who have Creative as their secondary voice, leverage these tendencies as we work together as a team. Check out the PDF below for more insights. Wednesday Reflections: Conquering the Blank Page vs. the Boardroom Is facing a blank page more daunting than presenting in a packed boardroom? Many of us who weave narratives for a living might agree that it can indeed be just as, if not more, intimidating. Much like in the corporate world, taking the initial step in writing—penning those first few words—often poses the greatest challenge. Yet, it’s the foundation upon which all great stories are built. In my latest work, 'Alpha Bette,' the journey of crafting a narrative from scratch was filled with as many twists and turns as you’d find in the most convoluted corporate strategies. With a mix of humor to lighten the moments of tension and rigorous edits to polish the rough edges, I navigated through this complex maze. This process is reminiscent of strategizing in business, where every decision counts and every misstep is a learning opportunity. How do you approach the daunting task of starting a new project or the first draft of a new piece? Do you dive right in, or do you plan meticulously before making the first move? I invite my fellow writers and business professionals to share their strategies and insights on initiating challenging projects. Whether it’s crafting compelling narratives or strategizing business moves, let’s discuss how we transform intimidating beginnings into successful outcomes.
