Why business mentoring at Ambits? When I talk to other Ambits mentors, there is one key motivation they have in common, and that is: they want to help others develop, and share their expertise and knowledge. At Ambits we help the mentee to get new insights into their leadership style, strengths, challenges, their impact on others, their drivers,  and blind spots – and how to adress them - so they can bring out the best in themselves.
