I had a really tough day in clinic yesterday 😪 My clinical knowledge and expertise were pushed to the limits with quite complex scenarios and problems. During the clinic, as always I treated my patients with the upmost dignity and respect and I excelled under pressure. When I got home, I reflected on my tough day and came to a few conclusions (that sometimes I forget); I am a bloody good nurse and it's sad that I no longer work in the NHS. That my knowledge is far reaching and some things just cannot be taught, expertise also comes from years of experience that build intuition and instinct. I am a safe practitioner, I always work within my boundaries and capabilities. The NHS'S loss is your gain... As I was scrolling LinkedIn last night, I could see these LinkedIn Rewind posts and as you do, I thought I'd see what came up for me. This was a timely reminder of my why, my purpose and the focus I have with building In-House Health. With a key focus on preventative and data-informed workplace health, my reflections confirm I am the right person to drive my mission and vision forward in 2025! A bit of a heavy post for a Monday, but it's always great to reflect. If your looking for tangible results and support with your employee wellbeing in 2025, it'd be great to have a chat. #MondayMotivation #LinkedInRewind #DigitalHealth #FounderJourney #StartupStory
